The manager said they cannot find my hold package with my 3 times of checking, even though fedex customer service told me it arrived 2 days ago. However, after I visited and checked with FedEx onsite office (spent 1 hr) and came back, the manager still insisted that she can’t find my on hold package. Until another employee came up, checked another place , and eventually the employee found my package, which I asked several times if you have another place to store my package to that manager, but the manager said no and refused to check for the whole time. After I got my package and looked for her, she disappeared somehow. I don’t get why the manager was doing this, and I feel insulted

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. Every time I go in - or drive up - there is a long wait. I don't know if it's because they are understaffed, but it's very wearing. I found the service at CVS much quicker. PLEASE address.

The regular staff here are nice for the most part.The pharmacy folks, however, are so rude that I didn’t even bother getting my prescription and just asked my doctor to send it somewhere else. When calling to inquire about my prescription, they put me on hold and every 10 minutes would let the phone ring, pick up the receiver and then put me back on hold without saying anything. I’ve never experienced that before— I’m guessing they didn’t want to work past 8 even though they close at 9. Horrible.

This place is absurd. I’d say they have dysfunctional management or protocol. I was recommended by my OB to get the RSV vaccine in the 33 weeks of pregnancy. When I went there in my 33w they said they couldn’t do it until I reached 36w. Then I scheduled again and went there when I reached 36w, they wouldn’t give the shot again. They said you needed to bring your doctor’s prescription. Why this wasn’t pointed out on my first visit? You literally wasted me three weeks and now I still haven’t got the shot. Came here twice without getting the vaccine. BTW, RSV was suggested to given to pregnant women during 32-36 weeks. Still couldn’t understand why they refused me in my 33 weeks.

One of the Walgreens pharmacy technicians there is very rude, and the pharmacy operations itself are the epitome of incompetency......Yesterday afternoon I dropped off a prescription but they never contacted me to say it was ready. When I returned 24 hours later, they still didn´t have it ready.

I normally don't leave reviews but the service and attitude of the lady shown in the picture was unacceptable. This is the second time I've had a bad encounter with her. The nicer I am , the more annoyed she gets and the more attitude she gives.

Walgreens twice canceled our kids’ COVID vaccine appointments right before their appointment. They have promised to call back to reschedule, but never do.Apparently, they have taken so many walk-in’s that they do not have an enough vaccine for those who made appointments.Once can be excused. Twice is a pattern.

Will not return!!!Not helpfulThe manager didn't want to help. She was too young, too soft-spoken. You could tell she really did not want to be bothered. Not professional in her attitude, outfit, etc. I'm so for a relaxed work environment, but seriously, this was over the top.I needed batteries. That was a bother to get because she had to go unlock them for me.Then, I needed a price check because a ticketed item was priced$15.00 OFF, so I questioned similar items that were all in discount. No luck, no smile, no, let me look into it, nothing but it's blah- blah $$. Then, my mom wanted to look at an item and without knowing our needs the manager says, "no not that one(which was on sale), you need this one(which was $20+. more)." Not even the same item.If I didn't need the batteries for my son, who just had surgery so bad, I would have walked out to another store. Horrible! I tell you absolutely horrible.I will NEVER return.

Had appointment for covid shot, went there only to have some clerk in pharmacy refuse and gave a run-around excuses about their internal computer system "coding."Called a different Walgreens they said it's free or $155 depending on coverage.Seems not all pharmacies are getting a consistent message especially this one.

I have an extremely bad experience here. This pharmacy will 200% waste your time and life. If you have any other choice, you should never go to this store. They are not even close to professional. They can kill you by the way of giving you wrong medicine or never have the medicine you want. They can also cheat your money by telling you it’s not covered by insurance.I got a prescription from the doctor and she assigned me this store. One week after the filing, I went to pick up. Their first staff told me this drug is not available, and asked me to come and pickup three days later. I totally understand some drugs may not be easy to get. So four days later, I visited by again. But this time, they were trying to give me a medicine that not even match what doctor filed. And this was figured out by me!!!!! I got shocked, and questioning the dose, apparently this is a life and death matter. Then they try to confirm the medicine on the computer. A while later, their manager told me this is a pretty high dose they need to double check with the doctor by faxing, and will call me later. But time goes by, four days later I still didn’t get a call. So I call them instead. One staff picked up the phone, I told her the reason that I am calling. Then she just hung up the phone!!!!!!! So this is how Walgreens treat their customers? I got pick off. So I called again. But this time another staff picked up, after telling her my purpose, she told me this drug is not covered by the insurance. I really doubted that and told her last time one of your staff told me this medicine cost me less than 50cents after insurance. Then she felt challenged and checked again. After about two minutes, she confirmed it is covered. Then I asked her did you get confirmation from the doctor about the high dose? She even doesn’t know what I mean and told me this dose is reasonable and no need to check with the doctor. Then you can imagine what I was feeling at that time. I almost about to use F words. But I didn’t and hung up the phone.

If I could go lower I would. This store has the worst customer service on the planet. ALL employees must hate their jobs and should just quit because it's so obvious they hate it. No one looks at you, no one wants to help, the store is dirty, when they do talk to you they treat you like an idiot, send you on wild goose chases or don't know what they are talking about. Why doesn't management do something or do they not even care? Totally giving walgreens a bad name, does anyone see your reviews? I originally went their out of necessity to pick up my daughter's prescription, waited in line and when I got to the front for them to help me, they took her name and info, looked in the computer then said they had to go to lunch so I would have to come back in 30 minutes. Really????? You've already waited on me and now you have to go to lunch? Wow. I am a business owner in Campbell myself and if I did that to my customers, I would NOT have any!! Finally received her prescription at 1 hour 10 minutes. I absolutely hate going in this store. San Tomas Aquino is better. Walgreens should just shut down this store, they are a disgrace to the Campbell Community!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacy staff and man at the front of the store who does the cashier are ALL very rude and should be fired in my opinion. What the hell is the manager doing in this store, just collecting a paycheck?????

My wife was in the ER last night due to an asthma attack. Set up to get inhaler from this Walgreens. Arrived and told they need an hour to put it together. Lol ok. Then about 45 min later they tell her it won’t be ready until the morning. Using this pharmacy can literally be life/death in the wrong situation

This pharmacy blew my mind with how unprofessional & unorganized they are. Started off with them NOT having my rx ready, but I understood that maybe 1 HOUR was too soon for it to be ready. Then I called 5 1/2 hours later to see if it’s ready, the guy said “no, you can try in 1 hour” I then asked him “it takes you guys 6 hours to do a prescription?” To which he responded “you can just come now then”. Like how does that make sense? Is it ready or is it not? I go back to pickup in the drive thru and again, they don’t acknowledge you for about 5 min, the guy finally walked up to the window and says “what’s up”. It’s obvious that manager of the pharmacy doesn’t care what etiquette or customer service is being performed here looking at all the reviews. But do yourself a favor, and don’t bother coming here.
