Very belated review - So a couple of months ago I was helped by a customer service rep that provided the most excellent customer service I’ve ever seen. Didn’t get her name but she was latina and was wearing a bunch of 49er gear. While she was helping me purchase a new phone she was helping a couple who only spoke Spanish. I could tell they were having a hard time because the gentleman had forgot his password or something like that. At the same time a man with special needs came in and she was able to take care of him too. She assisted all three of us without breaking a sweat. A+ work. Hope ya’ll give her a raise.

These people are extremely rude and unknowledgeable! Save yourself some time and visit a corporate store as they actually train their employees with decent standards and I’m customer care! Have spoken to a few people at this store and they were extremely unhelpful each time. Seeing the way they also treated others waiting for help was just terrible and these other people actually walked out! Good for them, wish I did the same.

I would give them 10 stars if I could really amazing service here went in to discuss numbers with Alexus and came out really satisfied she went above and beyond to help me and find the right plan for me and my business she even told me of their promotion where I can get as many free Motorolas for my employees and myself as long as I continue to do be a loyal customer to Verizon I will definitely be returning and definitely will be working with the beautiful Alexus who happens to be really smart and knows the product really well I recommend anyone looking to buy a phone to go in and work with her and if for whatever reason she isn’t available u could also ask for serena who will also be very helpful and fill ur phone needs

Since I bought my Samsung Galaxy eight 12, I've had to go back to the store five times. First I didn't get a charger with the phone, and the touch screen works intermittently,. And they couldn't tell me where it could be repaired. I will never set foot and that store again.

I recently had a bad experience at this store, but I'm giving them some stars because it may not even be their fault. But it's my experience and it's worth sharing.I ordered a new phone through the Verizon website and set it to be delivered to this store. To my surprise, I got a notification the next day to come pick up my new phone! I drove over, picked it up, walked out the door, and realized (just looking at the box, hadn't even opened it yet) that it was the wrong device. So I walked back in, explained the situation, and they said they couldn't do anything about it because I had ordered through the Verizon website and they were just a retailer. They took the phone back and told me I'd have to contact Verizon corporate for a refund.It's extremely frustrating. They didn't check that they were giving me what I ordered, and they couldn't do anything to help fix it or make it a positive experience.I realize this may all be on Verizon corporate, not this store, but be aware that if you shop here and experience issues, that they might not be able to help at all.

Nothing but good things at this store! I needed an upgrade and was struggling to figure out the best way to do it and which phone to get. Alexis was amazingly helpful and we were able to come up with the best option without breaking the bank. Thank you Alexis!

This Verizon authorized retailer (not Verizon corporate) offered - hands down - one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had… in any industry. It’s hard to know whether incompetence or willful deceit is to blame. In the end after a long conversation with Verizon today trying to straighten out our first month’s bill, Verizon corporate had to admit that this store misled us about virtually every detail of our purchase and service. 1) The store told us we were receiving a buy one get one Apple Watch deal that had in fact expired several weeks before. 2) The store failed to disclose multiple monthly fees and added charges that increased the quoted monthly bill by circa $100 despite us repeatedly asking the manager and salesperson for our “all in” costs. The Verizon rep was extremely apologetic about these deceptive business practices but said there’s unfortunately nothing they can do since this is a retailer and not a corporate store. In the end, we plan to buy our devices outright after only a month of being with Verizon and switch to another provider immediately rather than try to deal with this particular store again. We have zero confidence they can resolve this and zero trust that they’ll do business honestly and transparently.Our initial purchase experience was equally nightmarish. It started with nearly four hours in the store simply trying to buy and set up two iPhones and two watches. We eventually had to leave as our two toddlers were at their wits end and the salesperson was supposed to finish the process so we would only need to sign when we returned later that afternoon. We came back as scheduled only to be informed by the new salesperson that her colleague had dropped the ball and hadn’t saved any of the work on our account, meaning she had to start over. She was completely lost and finally said her manager who was arriving would help. He didn’t even acknowledge us as he arrived and, after explaining to her she couldn’t put an attachment in an email bcc line (that among other red flags should have been our cue to leave) turned his attention to other matters. He ignored us and her for almost two more hours as she floundered and he only jumped in at the end, after we agreed to sign up and as we were preparing to pay, to tack on some surprise additional costs. We finally and very calmly complained to him about the unprofessional experience thus far, only for him to immediately become defensive, refuse to let us speak as he talked over us, and insist he didn’t need anyone to tell him how to improve anything because he “managed two stores.” Topping it off was the fact that they realized they were out of one of the products at the end and then we found out the next day they had forgotten to activate one of the phones.I can only assume that the batch of effusively positive reviews posted suddenly seven months ago are paid reviews or an effort by family or friends to bolster this awful store’s reputation.

John is the one of the best customers service we ever experienced! The line was insanely long. He managed to juggled us very well :-)He definitely needs more help. I came in to transfer 3 lines and open a new line for Verizon. Every aspect of my transaction was wrong. The two ladies who did the work managed to sign me up for the wrong plan, promised a free iPhone SE but in reality billed me $410 (24 payments of $18) through Verizon for it, activated only 2 of the 4 lines, promised to waive $160 in activation fees but did not and got the following contact information for Verizon wrong: my name, address, email address and contact phone number (shocking because I wrote it down for them, gave them my DL and passed a credit check). I ended up being billed $450 instead of the expected $159.

Alexus was very friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time setting up my phone and did all the setups for me. I went back the next day and she remembered me and helped me adjust a few things.FYI: None of us could figure out how to uninstall Bingo. It's very annoying and I don't want the app taking up space on my phone.
