Went to this store just to get a SIM CARD there was people 2 people waiting in front of meit took them forever just to check me inone decided to leave, so 1 more person ahead of meI got there a 3pm and waited didn't think it would take them long3:30 pm came and 2 people walk in and they skipped mesupposedly one had an appointment at 3pm and they actually still got her appointment after she was late TO HER appointment!!!!!!!!!!!4pm came and still didn't get help!! there is one guy that is walking around and doesn't even help why don't help the people that are there for payments and simple things, waste of time coming to this STORE they only attend people that they WANT and KNOWAND they don't go by there check in list that they do!!!!!

I wanted to return their equipment since l joined another provider, it took me an hour and still waiting. Vary slow branch and I never go again.

Hector, thank you for taking the time yesterday (10/8/23) to help me with an ongoing month long issue that customer service reps via phone and chat weren’t able to figure out… And to the young man who told me the managers name was April and hung up on me just a few minutes ago because he thought I had attitude & was calling to complain shame on you. Not sure how you’re employed treating customers like that. Hopefully the calls are recorded cause that wasn’t cool - you’re hella moded, I was only calling to give props to Hector props- Thanks again Hector!!!

I went to the store and I was able to get a solution to my phone problems right away. Customer service goes above and beyond! This makes it the best experience we have had to date!

I am a happy camper today thanks to TMobile. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged right away. There was no waiting. With so many frustrating issues with my last provider I'm very happy to transfer ALL MY SERVICES!!!! JOSE YOU ARE AN ASSET TO T-MOBILE!!!!

Johnny is the best. He had helped me on several occasions and is beyond patient and knowledgeable. Everyone in the store is pleasant and efficient but I really appreciate the over and above customer service from Johnny.

Went into the store last week to add a line and get a new phone through their promotion. Because I was receiving a credit for the phone I was trading in, I was told I could purchase a phone cover.Cool....but before the transaction was completed by RUBY LEON and before my card was charged, I said I'd prefer two charge bricks. She said she needed to finish the transaction and then she could return it.Except she could not. RUBY then told me to just come back the next day to return it, which really ticked me off because if she had just taken it off before the transaction was completed, I wouldn't need to waste driving back and forth, 20 minutes each way.Ended up going to the Brokaw store the next day and learned I could only get a credit for the phone case because RUBY provided a credit on the phone case and not the bricks. The manager at Shari provided an account credit and I told her I'd go back to the Hamilton store and return the bricks because I was out of pocket $50+ for items I was going to return because now I was ticked off.This evening, I went back to the Hamilton store and was "helped" by HECTOR MENDOZA. He refused to return the two bricks. He was disrespectful and said I had to keep them.I immediately drove back to the Brokaw store where Shari was on duty (thank goodness). She called the regional TMobile management office to ask if there was a reason I could not return them and there was not. I listened to the entire conversation and then I got on the call to file a complaint against both RUBY and HECTOR. Why? RUBY should have stopped the transaction and taken the phone case off before charging my credit card. HECTOR was rude, disrespectful and if this is how TMobile trains its management staff, they need to go back and redesign their training.AVOID this store. Employees who can't complete basic transactions properly, who can't do what a customer specifically asks before a transaction is completed, and who refuse a refund for products eligible for a refund should not be employed by TMobile or anyone else.Go to the Brokaw store on North 17/880 about 10 minutes from the Hamilton store. You'll be better off. Ask for Shari!

I had a problem with my internet connection yesterday and couldn't connect with my android phone, it was a stressful problem since I need to get my messages from my customers. While driving I passed by T-Mobile and immediately went to the store. I put my name in the list and only after 5 minutes they assigned Marco to help me with my phone issue.He is professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He told me not to worry and helped me with my problem. I never had such a great experience going to any phone company. Thank you T- mobile for having such a professional, magnificent employee and thank you Marco for the great work and all your help.

Good customer service, just be prepared for a long wait if you go in the evenings.
