My wife and I upgraded her phone today at the T-Mobile store at 505 E Hamilton Ave, Campbell, CA. Mobile Expert Anthony Bueno-Diaz helped us all the way. Anthony began by sanitizing his hands and putting on gloves. While performing some complex data syncing with the old phone, he carried on a great conversation with us. He also answered all our questions about the process with a smile. His work included discovering how to copy all the text messages to the new phone without connecting any device. Throughout our lengthy visit, Anthony was kind, patient and tireless. Having 40 years' experience in programming and computing, I observed that Anthony has a superior talent in any role. Everyone at this store was pleasant too. It was such a wonderful visit! We have been with T-Mobile for well over 10 years. Bill A

I came here today to upgrade my old phone. And I was helped by Jackie, she was super personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Despite the slight wait due to traffic, Jackie and her coworkers were great. Wonderful experience!

After hrs of my problem with my tmobil sim card. Raul M. Was able to make my phone work. I was at the store for 2 hrs. Derick w. The manager was aware of the situation and did not assist me until I asked to speak with a manager. When asked what he will do with the situation at hand he recommends me to go to another store for a sprint simcard. In my opinion Raul M. Should be manager because Derick W. Knows nothing about customer service.

Came in for my routine screen protector replacement and Angelica was so caring and patient! She replaced it and put my case back on and was very thorough. I never felt rushed and unsafe. Covid precautions measures in place. 5 stars!!

My review is not mobile service related. I was near this store and my car battery died. Eduardo from the store was extremely gracious and helped me jump start my car. I would not hesitate to go here for any service or sales matters knowing the people are friendly and are there for you. Thank you for the assistance Eduardo and T mobile on Hamilton ave.

I have had tmobil for several years now. I've never had a problem with my service. My phone always works, even when camping & there is no service, I have service. I came today to get my husband a well deserved new phone. He has had the same phone for 5 years... I made an appointment because of covid. When I arrived, they took me right in. We were lucky enough to have Angelica help us. Hubby ended up getting the Samsung S20. We also got, of course, a phone case and screen protector. While we were waiting to have all the documents transferred to the new phone, we looked at the iPad. Well we got the iPad free, with a new line but of course had to pay a little out of pocket fora screen protector & case but its fine. So we are waiting, waiting & Angelica says " its going to be a while, you have 64,000 documents to download" wait what !!! 2 hours later they were downloaded. Not once was she upset. Great customer service !!! Thank you Tmobil for always having the best service, the best customer service & best deals !!!!

This is the best carrier. They are the only one that actually had perks for existing customers rather than just for new customers. This particular store is a TMoble owned store rather than an affiliate.

Came in to see if I can get a hot spot since Sprint and Tmoible have merge. Spoke with a staff name Jose, very knowledgeable and let me know what they offered. With this whole distance learning thing, needed to get it for kids school and my use but he was honest about the plan. He gave me other options and advice on other products. Very friendly atmosphere.

My entire family has been devoted T-mobile customers with no issues until we had an encounter with the one of the staff members in this store. We initially started in our home store in Sunnyvale at 3:30pm where we were hoping to upgrade two phones. We have never had a negative experience at this store. Due to a lack of phones, we were sent to the Hamilton store to pick up the new phone. Upon arrival (5:25pm) we were the only customers in the store and had the misfortune of meeting Omar. This employee through tone of voice and body language displayed a negative attitude towards us as customers. After purchasing, he stated that because the store was closing, he did not have time to help us transfer the information from the older phone to the newly purchased phone. This caught us by surprise as in previous interactions with employees normally assisted customers past closing until they finish (given we arrived with more than 30 min. before closing after being referred with a call from our home store). While this rubbed us the wrong way, we didn't argue. We wanted to do the trade in at the store; however the employees insisted that we had to do the deferred trade in where we would need to mail in the phone because they could not helps us complete the data transfer themselves, and therefore, could not accept the phone. Feeling annoyed at this point, we accepted this rule and continued with our purchase to complete the transfer at home and ship out the phone ourselves. Luckily, we were helped out by a different employee at this point where we were told to print out the shipping label on their website and that our receipts would be ready online in 24 hours. The next day my significant other spent about an hour on the website attempting to find the shipping label to no avail. From that day till the next, he contacted 3 different customer service representatives who all told him that he should be able to submit the device in the store. Livid, he came to me showing me all these conversations and interactions he had with customer service. We printed out the conversations and headed towards the store as we just wanted to get the shipping over with. Again, we had the misfortune to running into Omar. As we came into the store, my significant other requested speaking to a manager and Omar insisted on assisting us. We explained how we had spent time looking for the shipping label and showed Omar the different conversation print-outs with online representatives. Omar asked us to hold on and printed out a shipping label, stating that he did not understand how these individuals didn't know how to do their jobs since he was able to print it out in a minute. His complete disregarded our request to submit the phone in store as well as placing blame on his fellow T-Mobile member irritated my partner so that he began to argue that if they hadn't been so eager to close and help us with data transfer this would not be a problem. Omar, rather than help de-escalate the situation, raised his voice back at my partner attempting to place the blame on the staff member from our Sunnyvale store (Nicolas) for sending us to this store. While raising his voice he began saying that it was a new COVID-19 store policy to no longer do data transfers. My partner, understanding the COVID-19 crisis, stated he understood and asked why this wasn't communicated to us from the beginning as this would have reduced the irritation and tension caused by the perception of store members not doing their jobs. Omar stated that he didn't know pushed the shipping label towards us and stated that at least we had our shipping label. At this point I am livid at Omar's lack of personal accountability, placing the blame on others, attitude problem, and him raising his voice instead of de-escalation. I pushed the shipping label back at him, reiterated the time lost in seeking assistance for our phone and insisted that the store do an in-store trade in rather than wasting further time in shipping. After many days of trouble with my account through nobody’s fault I was contacted by Donnetha and she was a breath of fresh air. She was patient kind and extremely helpful. She made sure that every aspect of my account was looked over and corrected. After only a few hours she was able to retrieve my telephone number, my pin number and a totally new account. I believe my account was breached and she made sure I was issued my old number and a totally new account. If not for Donnetha I would not have a phone or service. In these times of trouble and worry Donnetha really worked hard to relieve my stress. I think she is one of the best people I have talk to at a mobile phone company ever. I am totally satisfied and I wanted to let Boost know!!Thank you again

I have left some pretty heartfelt reviews and this one: This One is a memory I will take with me for the rest of my life. Christian the Store Manager is such a source of pleasantry and genuity. He is incredibly kind and takes so much pride in providing a memorable and above and beyond customer experience to his customers. Christian makes sure to always connect with me and remember me when I visit the store. He remembers details about me and how passionate I am about working hard and always greets me with an authentic smile and high energy that comes from such a sincere place. I am a Huge T-Mobile Fan and it is because of what Christian represents and what T-Mobile is all about: Appreciating Their Customers, Knowing Their Customers, Making Their Customers Feel at home and so much more while truly loving what they do for their customers day in and day out. In a world where every product or brand or service is on every corner with and endless amount of options I want to pick the one place that has Christian leading where I know it's a place I belong because the service and experience and humanity lines up with what I believe in and having that circle of positivity continue to flourish in our world. Christian is an Exceptional Manager. In fact When Christian is off Eduardo immediately helps me and remembers me and is such an extension of Christian. Eduardo provides Superb service with authenticity and it is the best feeling to be somewhere where people sincerely care about your happiness with the experience not once but every time. I appreciate them both so much. I always believe that outstanding service comes from the top down and places where the culture makes it so employees are happy to be where they are and helping their customers isn't work because they love what they do and let me tell you Christian and Eduardo are a fine example of building a customer experience and customer relationship that will last a lifetime.
