The management here is terrible...most notably Edgar Sepulveda (
[email protected])... While purchasing an Iphone 10 I was told I was lucky because it was during a special offer. I didn't need one, but was told I could pick out a case along with a wireless charger as a bundle package for free. I would never have purchased an in-store product without checking Amazon first, but was told it was included, so why not. Turns out I have been paying for those in small installments ever since. When I saw this I complained and still have the quote along with the sales man's card Hodon Carranza Araujo. When I went to complain I was told Hodon no longer works there probably (hopefully) fired. He was so kind and helpful at the time of sale, but scammers tend to be. I wrote a thorough/detailed complaint to
[email protected] which took a month in addition to a follow up to get a response. When I finally did reach Edgar (manager), he responded as someone would who didn't even take the time to read my situation. I was provided a support number with a "good luck" like response. After multiple calls to the support line and hours of my personal time they kept circling around and saying they couldn't verify the deal I was referencing because each branch has the authority to offer deals at there discretion. No accountability what so ever. So I am keeping my promise to Edgar in writing a poor review of his management of staff and lack of care for how his employees conducted sales. He did absolutely nothing, and didn't even respond to my last email. I would love to submit this to corporate if they care to inquire. Please feel free to reach out to me corporate and take accountability for your branch.

If I could give 1 star I would. I have spent almost 20 hours dealing with Sprint due to the screw-up of this store. The "supervisor" telephoned Sprint on my behalf, but posed as me as I listened in on the other line, because she said she couldn't merge the calls. I found this really fishy. Nothing was resolved. Never received my phones. Stuck in a contract that I am still trying to resolve.

The good folks at this Sprint store really should rethink their MO. The person that set up my device with Sprint cellular plan tried to get me to pay monthly for insurance, claiming I'm required to get it. When I questioned the need for this, she claimed she'll get it waived, since I had brought my own device. Huh? So much for credibility.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT LOCATION. ITS A THIRD PARTY LOCATION AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE ABSOLUTE S**** After they made me feel really uncomfortable and were basically laughing in my face because they could see how uncomfortable I was, I finally put my foot down and told the 2 delinquents I knew they were lying about 1) the person speaking to me was not a manager when I was told he was and 2) they told me the authorized user must be in the store to make any changes to the account. At this point I was pretty much laughing in my head and told them that was false information and completely disrespectful customer service. After making my way to the sprint on prospect road where they actually took the time to explain everything to me like an adult I was able to leave the store with what I had came there for. This is the second time I've experienced complete lack of basic customer service at this location. The first time the kids were just d*** and really didn't know what they were doing. This time was just complete lack of respect for the customer. The way they handled the situation with long sighs of I don't want to do this to lying to me to making me feel extremely uncomfortable leaves me disgusted that they can get away with this. This will be forwarded to corporate sprint and soon this store will be shut down.

First of all, this is not a corporate store. The people that work here could care less about helping you. I went in to get a new phone because mine was stolen, I was told the authorized user of the account HAS TO BE IN THE STORE. When I realized this was incorrect information and that also I wasn't speaking to a manager who told me he was a manager I left. I've never been more appalled at how out of their way they went to make sure I wasn't going to leave with a phone. The stores on prospect rd or Stevens creek blvd. are the only ones who will actually help you.

Terrible customer service, directed me to the telephone customer service and they were even worse. I was incredibly patient and tried to be understanding with everyone for over an hour, but they are totally careless, disorganized and couldn't be bothered to assist. Definitely switching cell providers

This review is for a specific person that works at this location. His name is Brett, and he is a supervisor at this store. I stopped by to replace a pair of ear buds that were not working properly. I explained the issue with the buds, and he said that he was aware of another case with these specific model. I asked if he could replace them with a new pair, but he said that they did not have the same kind in stock. He was offering two other models, but both of them were more than double of the price i originally paid. I said, nicely, that I did not want to spend $200-$220 on ear buds, and I asked if he could find a solution. That was the point that he changed his attitude. He became impatient, disinterested, and bothered by the fact that I did not want to upgrade. He offered another pair with the same model, but it was in a different color. I agreed to try the new pair, hoping these will work. When he was trying to make the exchange, he said that the system would not let him do so. He said to me, " You will have to pay $23 more in order to make the exchange." He added that the store manager is the only one who can authorize the exchange without an extra charge. I asked for the store manager's name, and I said that I will return the next day. I also asked to leave my number for the store manager, so he can call me. Brett said, " You can leave your number, but he will not call you." At this point I realized that he wanted me out of the store because he could not gain anything from me. I asked for the times that the store manger will be there, and he told me that he would be there until 6PM. I asked him what time does he start his day. His answer was, " Can't you just look at the working hours posted on the door?" I was amazed how rude some people can be sometimes. I told him that his service was horrible, and I will put a review on yelp, so others don't have to go through what I did. He did not care much and said to me, " Go have fun playing with Yelp." I just walked away. I went back to the store today, and a nice girl helped me in getting my money back. I don't want to rule out the entire crew, but I will not deal with Brett in the future. He is rude, unprofessional, and he definitely should not work in customer service. I am planning on sending an email to the store manager, and i hope that he will address this issue with him.

Amazing location!!! Manager was super helpful and saved me a lot of money. Verizon and AT&T need to fix their pricing!!!
