Only this pharmacy assisted me in obtaining a doctor's prescription for my medication. I was ecstatic that they were able to meet my requirements in such a professional manner. Their help is greatly appreciated. It comes highly recommended!

The technician there today is super rude and unfriendly or helpful. Also had to call 6 times and block the last call so she would actually pick up the phone. Showed up and even though my doctor had verified electronically she lied and said she didn't receive anything even though my doctor showed me otherwise. I have never had an issue until today. Melody who is normally there is super nice, caring and helpful. The pharmacy technician today shouldn't be doing this job let alone anywhere else. Whoever runs this pharmacy needs to get rid of her.

A fairly standard Safeway with an interesting parking lot, but I have always had an easy time with finding parking.
I have not ever had an issue of not being able to get what I needed. The store always seems to be well stocked for my shopping experience.
Their standards during the COVID pandemic are going well it seems. I always see someone wiping down baskets and carts. I have seen at some locations that they will have a team member stand out front or by the door to monitor the amount of people coming in. I have not noticed it at this location, but I may be missing it.
The staff has always been great with their customer service and I'm glad I don't have to struggle through the stiff small talk that usually happens with grocery shopping.
I will admit that I've been leaning towards their self check out more often than not. This would be the only area I don't see get consistently wiped down after each customer uses a register. This is the reason I'm reviewing at 4-stars: I'd like to see some consistency with their cleaning standards.
I do understand if customers are too impatient to let staff wipe things down, which is a shame on their part.

Not a bad place for groceries. Is always clean and tidy. I appreciate the clearance breads and other items and the check out person on the self check out machines is always kind and helpful. The only thing that would improve the store is the prices, though unlikely to change a corporate supply chain to improve consumer cost from my measly review.

Asked for 2lb of tenderloin for beef wellington, and he set it up so I can pick up next day at 5am.

Do not ever buy a cake from this Safeway. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a cake from there and they messed it up. Normally I wouldn't dare order from them but my friend ordered it for me while I was at work. My 4 yr old son could have did a better job writing that, and they have the nerve to charge someone $30. they are lucky I didn't go pick it up cause they would have been remaking it or giving it to me with no charge, that looks ridiculous

Their Drive up and go service is atrocious. They mixed up my order with someone else's and I had to wait three hours for them to correct it. They offered to call the person with my things and give them to me. I said absolutely not especially in the time of COVID-19. Not only unsafe but horrible customer service. UPDATE they forgot items in my order on top of the initial mixup.

I've probably shopped here over a hundred times. Pretty good selection for a big chain grocery store, staff pretty friendly. I don't know what's up with the butcher section, there's hardly anyone there, and if there is, good chance they are busy doing something else to take care of you. A lot of the organic produce is not that fresh. Otherwise a pretty good shopping experience. As some of the pictures suggest, the bathrooms are definitely not the cleanest.

Sometimes when I want to experiment with cooking something new, I check on safeway website if they have the ingredients but its always tough to find new ingredients in the store because I usually have no idea in what category they might fall. Hence, recently when I wanted to make thai curry, I did not know that I should look for Thai curry paste and Coconut milk in kosher section, but checking these things online and then going to the store really eliminates the time to go and find and get lost in aisles. I wish they had a better way to list the products but other than that, I like the fresh produce in this store.

Live the employees,hate that all of the aisles are blocked and cant get what I need ,NEVER have enough staff,cashiers or baggers ( I should get a discount for bagging 200 $ worth of groceries my self and loading it outside by myself at night... ( short staffed ) no baggers available.

Dude who helped me at Starbucks was awful. Terribly rude and in a rush to close. I work in retail too and I would never treat my customers like that. Don't work in customer service if you can't treat customers with respect

Let's not be mistaken by my previous posts as they still hold true.I don't like throwing name's out but the evening manager whose name is Monica helped me out alot during the process of confusion with Safeway handling of the hiring process. She took the time from her busy schedule to hear my plight and even pass my information to the hiring manager as I THOUGHT I had the job like the interviewer told me. Safeway is lucky to have her and to take it one step further I would have zero reservations about stealing her from Safeway and bringing her in at Kaiser Permanente if she wanted.As a former Marine and and great worker I didn't lose out, Safeway did by dropping the ball. I take orders well, work great alone or in a team, great at multitasking and teaching others not to mention I could've proven to be an asset to the company. Am I bitter? A tad only because they wasted my time. I haven't been at Kaiser 19 years for nothing and before taxes made over a million. I just wanted to work for my community. Thank you Monica for being what Safeway needs to model its back office as. I hope you don't catch slack for my review or the awesome work you you do, seriously! Im going to contact corporate as well to let them know what an asset they have in you.

I love shopping here but would not recommend the drive up and go. I get that lots of people are doing it so it wasn't a time issue, but the number to call is for an Albertsons on the other side of town... and Albertsons said they'd let them know but people were still calling. Meanwhile I sat on hold for 25 minutes and finally had to get my kids out of the car and go in and ask for my pick up order

Terrible customer service. We just moved across country and this was our first grocery store run. Safeway will NOT be getting our business after the cluster that just occurred! We went all the way trough the store... following all the one way signs and everything.... to get to the check out...ask to sign up for there club card. They are completely OUT of card and REFUSE to give us the club prices... over $50 extra for us! Uhm...NOPE! So I said let's leave... the lady had the nerve to ask Us to reload the cart!!

Tried to use the buy and go for first time. Arrived at the curb and called the number. Was told that they do not take online order for seafood. My order was placed 3 days ago. And they cancelled my order without any email or text. Tried my luck and walked into the store, and manager said sorry you order was cancelled. No reason given, and seafood still shown in the display and in stock. Worst experience ever.
