Needed my wheels to get aligned and chose Renson Automotive. I can confirm all the 5 star ratings. My experience was excellent as well. Friendly and knowledgable personnel, my car was taken in right away as scheduled and work was done very quickly. At pick-up, I got a detailed explanation of work done. I paid a very fair price, left very satisfied and will certainly come back with other automotive needs as well.

Very appreciative - they were full but had me drop my car off early for the day & they'd work me in. It was ready for pick-up 2 hours later. Didn't have to take a day/time off from work.

I have been going to Renson Automotive for the past 33 years. They have replaced an engine in my van and have kept all my other cars in the best running condition. Bill Faulkner and his staff are the best there is. I would never take my cars to any other place regardless of what I need. Renson is honest, caring, trustworthy, and 100% reliable. I have referred customers to Renson who all have shared the positive experience that I have always received.

I had been looking for a good quality and honest shop and think I found it. I dropped off my 2021 VW Atlas yesterday for routine maintenance. After a few hours, they called and found a vibration during test drive. I had not mentioned vibration as Capitol VW, where I bought new, could not replicate. Renson found it! It was a bent axle or shaft. It's out of warranty but plan to take notes to Capitol VW to see if they will pay to fix as they sold me a defective car. Renson was my third ship in three years. The last 2 were terrible. Thank you! Tony
