These donuts use to be delicious and worth the money. But not anymore. Donuts were dry and not as they use to be. They don't even have all of the donuts advertised..disappointing.

I want to give Zero Stars!!!Why does this donut shop even bother opening up? Since moving back I've been wanting to try this donut shop and every time I've gone in there, they've got a limited supply of donuts. I'm a big fan of glazed donuts and I hear they have one of the best in the city. But if you can't walk in and buy a donut that you want and they only have the $5.50 donuts then that's a problem. Now I see why their hours have changed from Thursday to Sunday and "today" they opened an hour late. Very disappointed and I don't think I'll be returning because the kids they have working there are clueless as well. I asked when they're going to have more donuts ready and the girl says, "I don't know, maybe an hour or two!" My suggestion, close down for the day and you'll save money on the worthless labor you have working!I do have a question for the owner. It seems by the advertisement on the door, you'd rather have your customers go to the Westfield Mall to buy your donuts. I know the rent is astronomical in their food courts. If this is your bakery location, then maybe you should close the doors so your patrons only visit the mall. This will save you the labor you have with the 3 I saw in there waiting to open the doors at 9am which was 1 hour later than your schedule hours posted. I understand running a business is hard and trying to keep your staff employed is a reason to possibly keep your Campbell Ave location open. But if you cannot get donuts sold and your patrons have to wait an extra hour for what they are looking for, that's gonna make your patrons seek out other places for their cravings. Your donuts may be good and heavily desired. But if there is no ready and only 2 varieties are on the empty shelves, your staff is not worth the time you pay them!

Went in at open, they had, probably 5 or 6 flavors available, and said that more would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. Came back later, there was 1 or 2 new flavors out, and another promise that they’d have more out in 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later, and they had 1 new flavor, and it wasn’t the only one I wanted (cookie monster flavor). Ended up getting 6 donuts for about $36, and the donuts didn’t even taste fresh.

One of the most unique places to be in. It’s also one of the best and only places to get vegan donuts!

Went to this location twice maybe about a year apart. Both times the coffee machine was broken and they haven't seemed to fix it. Just a little sold out sticker on the menu. If they're not going to upkeep the machinery, just close the damn store down.

Pretty good donut place in the area. I recommend getting one of the boxes to try a variety of flavors and types. For just the two of us we got a box of 3 and it was perfect since some of them are huge. We loved the s'mores one. The mix of graham crackers with the marshmallow based frosting we delicious! We tried the butterfinger and that was was a little strong for my liking. Powerful peanuty flavor, a little overkill. Our favorite though was probably the Jekyll & Hyde chocolate donut. Really soft, most moist, and the perfect amount of topped frosting. They've got a good variety so try a few different things! I'll have to say the store was a little bit messy and dingy and I remember seeing some equipment or something stacked up in the front room. Could do wonders to clean that up a bit.

Passed by this location. On my way to see my grandson to take them them a fun yummy doughnut but the placed really disappointed. had a very low selection so picked of what was available. once I made my selection, the young lady was bagging them with no gloves on with long nails. I did find that very in appropriate once I received my bag of donuts, I discovered they were just placed in there with no real care I could've went to any other donut shop to receive my tossed in the bag I'm giving them two stars because the donuts overall are OK and taste and creative looking

Laurie was so awesome, I don't live in the area and stopped by because they have vegan donuts which are really hard to find for my son. She was busy getting ready for an event and was supposed to be closed but she opened the door and still sold me some donuts. Seriously made my sons day! She was so friendly and helpful even though she had tons to do! We'll define back next time we're in the area!

I honestly would not even consider theirs to be a true donut shop. But I do understand because it's such a small town, clearly they do not have enough customers coming through to fully stock donuts on a Sunday. Giving two stars only because they were absolutely no donuts that look good to me in the case. They did not look fresh.
