Had taken my Audi to this place after the basic warranty had expired. Nothing but great service from Ender and team. Great communication and workmanship. A couple of times after inspecting the car, they said there's no problem and didn't charge a diagbostic fee.

Ender and his team are wonderful! not only is he a brilliant mechanic but he is quick, reliable and friendly, the pricing is very reasonable! I am a new customer and I will not be taking my car anywhere else in the area. Honestly the best auto repair/mechanic service I have ever experienced highly recommend! 10/10.

Honest and competent people, I took my Fiat 500L to them and I am happy with the result, cheap prices and high quality of service.. my advice, don't waste your time and money in other places that only want to steal your money. ?

Had a great experience here. I had to fix a stubborn heater hose that keeps coming off in my 2015 Porsche Macan S. Not only were they able to fix the issue on time. They were sensitive to the fact that it was a repetitive issue that I had spend money on at another auto shop. I will definitely be going back here for future repairs. Integrity, professionalism and promptness were all exemplified at this auto shop.

Norcal provides exceptional customer service. My old audi started making creaking sounds and I suspected there was an issue with the suspension system. I brought it to Norcal and they identified the lower control arm bushings were worn out. Repair cost was reasonable (unlike other shops in the area) and Ender had the parts replaced within hours. I will continue to bring my car to Norcal and would highly recommend them for any maintaince/repairs.

I was looking for a reputable mechanic to get my BMW 328d xDrive serviced. I got an oil change, cabin filter replacement, and DEF Fluid top off for my diesel BMW.I got my car with a quick turnaround, and the service was very competitively priced. Very honest and excellent service!They have been in the business for over 30 years, and they are knowledgeable about every car, even very niche, smaller market cars or collectors cars.The shop owner Ender is a true enthusiast himself, he has a Z3 M Coupe and he enjoys what he does.It’s hard to find a mechanic that services Diesel BMW’s in the Bay Area. If you have a 328d, or 535d etc, this is the place to go.

Norcal serviced my 1993 Mitsubishi Delica. They are polite and communicate clearly exactly what (they) will do. Replaced all belts and transmission , differential fluid. Everything done as planned and scheduled. No headaches. Cannot get any better.Services: Vehicle Inspection
