I was there with Makenzie at 946 for a 10 apt. I had filled out the pre-appt questionnaire the day before and received a text saying I would receive a check in text before my appt. I was also told masks were only mandatory for those who had COVID in their circles.
So I get there 15~ min early, go and sit down with no mask. I’m there taking care of my child, waiting for a text and receive none. I give it til 1015 and start checking my phone, at 1017 I got a text saying I was needed at the reception desk. I didn’t get the guy’s name, but in a VERY condescending tone and look- he said “you’re 15 minutes late and have missed your appointment.” Reasonably frustrated, I explained the situation which he obviously did not believe. After 10 minutes of deliberating, we got another appt for 1030. In that process I was told I needed a mask, so I felt like an idiot being the only one there without one.
We see the doctor, who did not have a filled out pre-appt survey that I had filled out. She then says it’s going to be a 30 min wait for Makenzie’s shots and asks if I want to just come back another time. Of course I don’t- do you have any idea how long it takes to get to the clinic with a 6mon old? Anyway we opt to wait. About 30 min later someone comes in to give shots, and she doesn’t even know my wife had the RSV shot and so she had to spend another 10 min going to ask a doctor. The whole ordeal took well over two hours. I am extremely unsatisfied with all of that…to put it mildly and would never refer anyone to go through similar issues- especially the condescension from the reception desk. I have, in fact almost never received professional service from anyone but the actual doctors at Kaiser- they are always making some comment about my height- just feels very odd coming from “professionals.”

Richard, the pharmacy manager, along with the rest of the staff here have been going out of their way to make sure I get my medication on time. The thing I love about Kaiser is the timeliness. If there is a concern, they are realistic and practical with resolving it. Thank you to the pharmacy staff!

To this car owner, I know it is stressful to go to a hospital, but please be an adult, or be a human being to park your car better so other people can get into their car after their appointment.

Dr. Andrew Huang is an excellent primary care physician. Over the years he has made a difference in my illness outcomes by referring to appropriate care and medical procedures in the Kaiser HMO.

Dr. Dunagan is an amazing doctor. While most doctors at KP are highly qualified and excellent, her bedside manner is outstanding. Very happy that our kids have her as their doctor.

I have not been to Kaiser Hospital in Campbell for about four years, I really don’t like doctors all that much. Well I should say this I don’t like doctors that try to tell me I must do this or I must do that. I do appreciate their wisdom and giving me information to research, which is how Dr. Chan approached me which I really appreciated. She did a great physical Recommended certain things and it was a great experience
