This is not one of the best citibanks branch. To deposit a sum of money they do it by hand (so it takes a whiiileee). In other branches they use the counting machine and a computer to print what was counted. Here everything is done like 15 years ago. Pen paper calculator:)) kinda funny. Friendly staff but really needs some improvement in technology.

I had the most horrible experience at the Citibank branch on Hamilton in Campbell. The customer service from Haley Wild was the worst I have ever received from any Citibank branch I have been to. I cashed my check, then asked for the larger bills in smaller denominations. Her attitude turned from unprofessional to horrendous. She totally flipped out! She said I needed to tell her the exact denominations in the beginning. Are you kidding me? Do yourself the biggest favor and have anyone else assist you besides Haley Wild.

My wife was treated very poorly by Sally (personal banker). Customer service approved waving a fee and she would still not do it. First she said the branch manager was not available, then that she had resigned. She didn’t know the process and told me that fee wasn’t so expensive and I shouldn’t contest it! Terrible! Still not resolved.

I was treated very badly when I went to cash a year old cashiers checks. The teller Ralph called a got the convermation that the 2 checks were good and did not want to cash them. Then ask me to wait until his manager was in to sign off on it or go to an other Citibank with a Manger that could be of help. I asked him to call over to the Citibank down the street and tell them I am coming for a mangers to sign off on the 2 checks and that they were cleared and give them the reference code. I got to the Citibank down the street in less then ten minutes. Ralph the teller did not call and he lied to me about having a manager signing off on a cashers checks. I talked to the Manger and the had to call in on the checks and he found that they were good and I did not need a mangers approval. So this Ralph teller on Hamilton Ave.in Campbell Ca. Did not care about my time or gas to cash good checks. I fill he should be repermanded and writen up for treating me in such a way. I would not recommend any one to bank here if this is how they treat there customers.

*this is for Citibank service in general. - member for more than 15 years - tried to get a personal loan of 20k with excellent credit. - 2 weeks no contact. - finally I contacted them, said they need proof of residence - utility bill and driver license FAXED to them. I asked if email is ok, they said no sir, email is NOT secure. In 2018. Email is not secured. - citi loan department had my old information(address & workplace), even though citibank.com had the correct one. - I asked what would be the rate, before start faxing stuff. They say 12%. I hanged up. - as of last year, they discontinued their banking chat and email/messaging support. Only Phone or in person. TL;DR - Citibank claims email is not secure and prefers fax, in 2018 AD. - Expect your info(address, workplace etc) to not be the same between their own departments (citi banking has one, citi loans can have another) - Expect outrageous personal loan rates, even with excellent credit. - No EMAIL or CHAT support for banking.

This is the BEST Citibank location I have been to. The workers are extremely friendly and efficient. There is rarely a long line, and even if there is, you won't be waiting in it long. After coming in a few times, they already remember my name and greet me when I enter. It's also a plus that they have safety deposit boxes available at this location. Bonus - this branch is located in the same shopping center as a Safeway, so you can get some grocery shopping done after stopping by the bank and pick up a Starbuck's in the Safeway while you're there.

I love this branch. I relocated to them because of their exceptional service. Sally Dumaup, the personal banker, has helped me tremendously when other branches didn't. As a small business owner this type of customer service really counts!
