This is a very nice and comfortable establishment. As far as Chase company, I have a few not so nice words. However, Ms. Arianna & Ms. Nadia, I want to sing praises to your personalities and customer service. You both assist me as well assist each to complete my tasking I gave you both. After a couple completely incompetent Chase branches, Willow Glen and Monterey Rd.I went to Pruneyard Chase. I was needing to cash a payroll check and lost all forms of ID. and DMV was of no service in giving me proper identification.This branch in Campbell is local for me and where I will stay .. Superior customer service, that other branches had neither the knowledge or care of helping. I wish I would've asked the manager's name.. a Lady manager at Pruneyard Saturday Morning... has a pleasant demeanor and helped me step by step in this very difficult situation and opened me up to a new way of accessing my money unfamiliar to me, till my new bank card arrives by mailThank you much Chase Bank Pruneyard!

Opened a bank account with them yesterday, had Naz helping me & let me just say my experience was great with her. She was so nice & we got along so well & opening my account was super easy. I did have an issue with my check (turns out it was on my end) & I went in today to talk to them to see what can be done, the manager Paul I believe had already been looking into the issue. Him & Naz both spoke with me & explained the issue & what I can do on my end to resolve the issue & said they will do the best they can, obviously they are limited on what they can do so I can only thank them for trying & addressing my concerns. So far aside from my check issue, I have no problems with this branch or staff. Clean facility, nice people, glad I found this branch & Naz & Paul.

Makes me really worried that this generation want to run the country? They will be no USA soon! Got there with 7000$ cash to open a checking account and get a Credit card while I have a CD account here! The bankers had to do nothing they were into their phones! They had zero interest to help while THEY HAD NO CUSTOMERS! I asked about promotions and they said they have no idea and everything is online and I should look online? So is that a new thing opening a checking account online?! 4 people were doing nothing and were passing me over to each other like a ball! Super lazy!!!! Guess what! I will close down my CD account and will go w another bank even though u guys don't care! But someone should read this and take an action before the other customers feel the same way! I don't understand why people want to work and do nothing and get paid!!!! I am available if chase bank pays for the employees to do nothing and be on my phone all day and just kick out the customers!

Horrible customer service. Gave a company check to a customer and this Pruneyard branch refused to cash it for him. I got on the phone with the branch and spoke to a man who was rude and said his only job was to answer the phone but the manager would call me back. I explained the customer was still in the branch and they can do anything necessary to validate is an actual check authorized by us and I'd like to do it now so the customer doesn't have to drive back to us for another check and back to the bank. After repeatedly asking the "guy whos paid to just answer the phone" how long the manager would take the manager simply says "I'm not changing my mind." It's ironic that other reviews say similar things as if they are to lazy to help. My customer went to another branch, they called me, 5 mins later they authorized the check and paid my customer. Won't be doing anything with this branch ever again.

This branch in the past has been great with a great manager who has truly been a good "banker" . I am a Chase Private Client and was appalled that the new Branch Manager Paul "Rude" Johnson has been allowed to manage this or any branch for that matter. His demeanor towards women is appalling. He refused to call me by my name, acknowledge me as a customer and did not thank me for being a long time Chase Client which has always in the past been the standard for Chase bank. When he told me I could not sit down and get help until I changed my attitude (yes was not happy at the time) but left and went to another branch. They were amazing. Benjamin Raney helped me and as a result of his service I will stay with Chase Bank. Paul "Rude" Johnson could really take a few customer service lessons from this employee and Branch.
