I have not been to bed bath & beyond in a while, and I don't like going on the weekend because the store is so busy. I needed some items and went in last Saturday, and I didn't get a few items that I wanted. I did get good service from the employee Deidre in the lotions, shampoo, etc. department. She let me know that I can get the items I want by having the person at the register order it for me. Deidre did help me by showing me some good items to buy that I was on the fence about. Deidre needs a raise for her good service ;] Sonja ;]

Excellent! Ben helped me with thingsthat I wanted to buy. I needed egg timers that weren't in the store. He helped me find them online & ordered me 2, as I requested, to be sent to my home. So convenient! The cashier Lucy was also very helpful.I had a bunch of coupons, she suggested which coupon to use.She also wrapped my 2 glass purchases in tissue paper after asking me if I would like that, & I did.

Lots 2see, mini travel stuff, dpray bottles, hair accessories, beauty products& necessities i had never seen such at any Bed Bath.....odd....this store is 2 floors. Many gadgets, kitchen ware, household ware, beauty necessities for your face, body & feet....a bit pricey I say.....

Worst customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. My two hour curbside pick up wasn't ready even after three hours so I went inside the store and asked if they could just get the item that I purchased so that I could leave with it. the rude associate told me that was impossible, after 10 mins of her being rude I read online that if I never pick up the item I won't be charged and I can just purchase the item in store at that time. Then the cashier was awful and didn't want to help me sign up to become a member. Overall terrible experience and will never be returning.

No customer service associates to help in the store, In store checkout is really slow, and curbside pickup is one person trying to do it all so wait time is even longer. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Each time I visit this location I have a poor experience with the customer service and employees. The employees have been incredibly rude over the years. When they are stocking items, etc, they do it in a flustered hurry, don't care if you are standing there in an aisle and will pretty much run you over. I've been constantly cut off in the rudest way by the employees. If you are cutting right in front of a customer and there is only an inch between you and the customer I guess that's breaking the COVID rules isn't it? The employees need training in regards to how to behave when customers are inside the store as well as respecting the customers personal space instead of trying to run them over because you're in a flustered hurry and want the customer out of your way. The store itself has the usual fun items that you can find. Cool kitchen gadgets, coffee, pet supplies, dishware's, etc. It would be nice to really enjoy the experience instead of having flustered employees constantly running into you or cutting you off.

Rebecca, the store associate, was not helpful whatsoever. My vision for a quality customer service oriented store is to have store associates show care, pride, and commitment to the customer 100%. I asked Rebecca that I was looking for a specific vase. She simply said "I don't know, look upstairs." And turned her back on me and helped another customer. No eye contact. No sense of urgency. No "Let me look into that for you." If a customer comes to you and you don't know how to find an item for them, you go the extra mile and help them find it either online or walk them through the process. Rebecca did not do at all or show care. Rebecca does not exemplify a proper customer service experience. I am leaving this bad review because I want this store to be better than what I just experienced as a customer. I care about customers and how they are treated. Please coach and train Rebecca. Thank you. P.S. A majority of these reviews mentioned that the some of the workers are racist. Logically speaking, if you have a lot of reviews comment that some of the workers are racist, then per extreme ownership leadership principles, what are we as a team going to do about it. Management please be leaders and set the example. Bring these comments to the attention of your Campbell Team and see how as a team you can communicate/instill a more respectful workplace. Thank you.

Good afternoon, This store is a mess. I understand we are experiencing difficult times but could you clean up this store and make it appealing. Where is the manager?? I visited this store on Saturday 12/5 around 12 noon. This was early in the day on Saturday before many shoppers decide to show up. I purchased my item quickly and could not wait to leave the premises. Disorganized, empty shelves, dirty, unfriendly atmosphere. But the Christmas music was blaring.

Tried the curbside service. On day I placed my order at 7am understanding the store doesn't open until 9am. At 1 pm still no word. Finally got a notification about 4pm that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived the next morning there were only two pick up parking slots and I was a third arrival. Used the digital "I'm here" notification in my email with my order number. Waited. Nothing. Then called the customer service. They responded fairly quickly so my "I'm here" notification didn't seem to work. This process is easy enough just more time consuming than advertised when ordering!
