I have had 3 different mortgages with two other lenders in the past. The process is never fun. The process with Bank of America was slow and highly frustrating. It was never good news when my loan officer contacted me. I would go a week thinking we made progress only to be told the underwriter had more questions. Their online portal is pretty much useless unless answering endless, repetitive underwriting questions.

Horrible service. Lines are routinely long (> hour) and you can't perform basic services, like sending a wire, without an appointment. Open time slots are tough to come by though and one might not be available for weeks. Other branches don't seem to have this limitation and provide clearly superior service.

I've dealt with a lot of folks in the past and Tony has been by far the best I've worked it. He has helped me in the last 4 loans for my properties. His level of attention to detail, quality service, communication, and follow up has been excellent. Most of all, I appreciate his candor. I highly recommend Tony.

Tony was a pleasure to work with. He did an exceptional job of explaining the process and mortgage types for my partner and I, who are first-time home buyers. He answered a number of questions along the way. We got a great rate and, on top of it all, we got pre-approval and were ready for close well ahead of schedule, removing a big stress for us, even during COVID. I highly recommend Tony.

Tony was a referral from a good friend. I believe the words he used was "Rockstar." We switched over to working with Tony and we were not disappointed.He was quick to respond and kept us up to date on how the loan was moving along or if he needed anything from us. Home buying is a bit of a slog getting all the paperwork together, but he stayed on top of everything and was able to easily integrate and work with our RE agent to make sure everyone was on the same page. He let us know his thought process for when to lock, if we should take credits or pay points, and let us know of any additional incentives that were available. In the end we were able to get a great rate that we were happy with.On top of all that and the fast and clear communication we were able to get through underwriting fast. Even with our pretty aggressive timeline we were ready to close ahead of schedule.All this during a pandemic. Rockstar.

I got great recommendations for Tony from my cousin, and he didn't disappoint me!Tony helped me get a really amazing interest rate and get the mortgage approved and finalized on time, considering it's a Covid 19 year that makes it all more complicated.Tony and his assistant, Omila, were really quick to process all the documents. I needed a lot of complicated transactions to liquidate and consolidate my assets, but they managed to be on top of the deadlines, and I got the property on time.Working with Bank of America was also a great experience. Almost everything was done electronically, making it far less stressful, considering the stories I've heard from friends about their mortgage process.Would definitely recommend Tony as your next lender!

Lines are extremely long. Hours are cutback..staff has been cut back..very inconvenient for we customers. I can barely get from one appointment to the bank before it closes. This is due to the lines being so long that I can't even do my banking. Come on B of A?? Really.....considering leaving this bank.

This has to be the worst company ever. I had always battled between Wells Fargo and BofA and which was worse and today....I now know. BofA takes the crown. You can't speak to a customer service rep on the phone without an account. You are directed to their Facebook page to chat (seriously?!? How less secure can we get??). I finally was able to speak with someone after texting with them that way. That person could not help me. Came into a branch. I needed an appointment. BUT, guess what?!?!...you can't schedule an appointment WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!?! I told dude I am going nowhere. I just stood in line forever with my 9 year old I am NOT leaving. So dude said I may have to wait an hour or more. Fine. Still going nowhere. And no, I am not here to open an account. They would have to pay me for that to happen. This company is literally the worst and have zero sense.

I just bought my first home which is an extremely scary/exciting milestone. Tony and his team were so great to work with! They are really quick with communication to answer any questions and really help guide you through a process that can be extremely complicated. He was recommended to us by our realtor and we couldn't have been happier! He also got me a really great rate!

The other branch closest to this one has temporarily closed and this location only has two tellers working at a time. With a lot more customers to service due to unemployment benefits being downloaded to a Bank of America debit card this makes no sense. I arrived at opening time to find 15 people waiting outside in line with all withdrawing money off their debit card for disability

Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly communicative, transparent, speedy, and was able to get us a great rate. Our previous lender had informed us our rate increased .5% on a Friday evening, and Tony was able to step in to help my wife & I get a rate locked over the weekend that was .75% lower than what our previous lender had raised the rates to (and .25% less than before Friday!!). In between Friday and Sunday, he effectively saved us $920 monthly. We were thrilled. But that rate wasn't the only amazing thing. In terms of his speed, he was able to promise a 30 days close at the time, but later we could have even closed in 24 days if we had wanted to. Despite COVID-19, Tony was incredibly communicative, often checking in to let us know the status of our loan and answering any number of detailed questions that I had. I felt like he was always looking out for my best interests and helped us get into the home of our dreams. I would work with Tony again & again.
