DO NOT GO HERE. save yourself the time and energy. The current women manager should work at McDonald's. EXTREMELY UNDERQUALIFIED. Seems that they hire anyone now a days. The worst customer service is served here. Very unprofessional and stuck up workers. No need to reply bank of america.

I manage a local business nearby. I only go to this specific branch because they honor the business line. The manager is always on the floor assisting the tellers and the people walking in.

It's really difficult to do business with its branch as there's never any parking during the weekday hours (general Pruneyard issue) as well as long lines at the branch itself. BofA should enforce customer only parking near its branch. Very frustrating.

This has to be the worst single branch of thos banking institution in the San Jose area. Avoid this branch if at all possible.The staff is not very interested in doing their jobs to the best of their abilities and is more interested in just being there to earn a paycheck.

This is the worst Office I have ever visited.You make appointment in advance and you come on time , no one there to help. You try to ask someone about appt they say" just a minute, we are busy", than after 40 min. waiting someone comes to tell you there is no Banker there to help , you should wait but there are not sure when will Banker arrive. Rude and Incompetent people working at Campbell's Bank of American branch. Not recommend at all.

After nearly a decade with the same bank I’m thinking of switching it is absolutely outrageous in a push to move everything online they make everything exponentially harder than it has to be.Bank of America‘s new slogan should be: The bank where we don’t pay any employees because we make our customers do everything themselves.I have to stand in the middle of the bank and then go to a customer service automated system within the app to try to do some thing that I should just be able to ask somebody while I’m in the bank to do. Additionally are the wait times are so long because they are so poorly staffed you would think Bank of America was going under not a grade A business institution by how they treat their customers.

Your manager Debbie is under qualified to be working with people. There was obviously a problem with a customer ahead of all of us in the line. We waited 20 minutes for a customer to find his documents from his car. Debbie did not pull the customer aside and let the next person go, instead when asked what is going on she responded that she would go up and check it out right after helping someone at her information desk. She finished At the desk and to our surprise began helping the next person at the information desk. When I asked her why she was not doing what she said she would do by going to the teller to straighten out the problem, I was told I would be asked to leave the bank if I didn't stop asking her to do what she said she was going to do. She continued to ignore the problem and never did go to see what was going on. As the line grew to spill out into the front of the Bank she just sat there and never moved. Very unprofessional.

I don't know why Bank of America management does not care about this branch, Poor management and customer service I don't think you'll get any answer for any calls too to this location
