Order trans filter and fluid online for home delivery next day. Order was delivered, but had tie rods in the box. How can you ship tie rods thinking it is a filter and fluid??? Called customer service, a joke, they will create a ticket to get a label emailed to get parts picked up and then be able to get correct parts out to me. I needed parts now now when ever. Could not get parts out today. Store can not do exchange as part numbers would not match. Inquired about 20% off I had, said he could not honor thst as it is to order online and ship to home. Ummmm Auto Zone shipped wrong parts. He said he will do 20 % off if the store manager agrees. So they messed up the order and charge me more for my parts now..... customer service ??????? So I had to pay the store for the items I picked up. Still gave not received the return label by email so have not received a refund. I should not have to wait for an email. But feel as if they do not care and they do not want to refund my money. Go someplace else and save the Hassel and headache.

I have been going to Auto Zone on San Thomas Aquino, Campbell for years and like the store. They always have lots of interesting items and I really like the Duralast Car Batteries. The staff is always helpful, especially when I need a part for my car. Recently, I purchased a few parts and didn't get to install them right away. When I did-decided they were not what I wanted. I have never returned anything from Auto Zone but decided to try. The counter person was so nice, no questions asked, full refund. I am now a loyal customer and guarantee you I will be buying many items from them in the future. The store is very clean, well stocked and has just about any specialty tool you need. Great prices on name brand oil and other car fluids. Great Store, Great People, Fully Covid Compliant! I HIGHLY Recommend Auto Zone!

My son purchased a battery less than a month ago from the store in NEW BRAUNFELS, TX supposedly managed by Ben Million. The battery went bad stranding him on the side of the road. The store employees and the manager refused to warrant the battery and sent him back to his car with a bad product. This is probably the worst Autozone store in the U.S. They will not get any business from me again! All over a $100 battery! Wow!

Stopped by yesterday to pick up a few items. Absolutely zero customer service at this location. Hispanic employee on the phone completely ignored the 3 customers in line for over 15 minutes as he chatted on the phone loudly, complete disregard for Customers standing in line that needed to check out. No other employees in sight. We were all looking at each other in disbelief - I figured this employee was likely disgruntled and making minimum wage, hard to blame him really. About ready to call it a day and leave, another gentleman emerged from the back stock area (think it may have been the lead) to check us all out. Whoever owns and/or manages this place should be provided with some management training - can't see how they can stay in business much longer. Will avoid this location in the future and go elsewhere, pricing not that good either. Me thinks not!!

The clerk was knowledgeable regarding the subject matter, ( key duplicate chipped or programmed). Autozone had competitive pricing to other internet providers.

My car battery needed to be replaced so I called Auto Zone in Norwood Ma. Called and asked if they had the battery I needed, yes, I then asked if they could put it in my car...yes, if you come after 2PM. Decided to take it out myself, and headed to the store, walked in, no-one behind the counter so I waited. The ONLY employee stated the associate came and I asked about the battery I needed. At that moment a young (6yr) boy walked over and put a steering wheel cover on the counter. The clerk turned to him and started ringing him up, mother was not in sight. (my battery beside the counter) I was at the counter first and your clerk ignored me to ring up a steering wheel cover with out the person that was paying in site. SHe finally came over, O I left my wallet in the car, but had a pocketbook. She headed out the door THEFT alarms go off, she ignores it goes to her car. Comes back with wallet, no big pocketbook, alarms did not go off.' At this point I turned to the clerk in discuss and walked out with my dead battery. SO to recap: The $189.00 sale walked out the door....and you sold a steering wheel cover in the 15 minute transaction..and possible lose of stolen items. I went to Subaru..bought a cold crank 550 battery for $131.00, $38.00 dollars cheaper then yours, thanks to your associate You make the call if the one rating applies., Date of occurrence: FRIDAY Dec. 4 apx time 11AM Auto Zone: Ask the associate!

This AZ is awesome, every time I need something, the dudes in the shop always make sure I have the right piece. They are always more than happy to come out and take a look at your car and give their advice as needed. This time I needed a light bulb and a holding mount for my head lights, the 2 guys working quickly found the bulb I needed and helped me locate it in store, they didn't have the mount that I needed in stock but they ordered it and said it would be there in a day or 2. Perfect! Changed the bulb in the parking lot and I was on my way. Returns are a breeze and I am always out the door with my receipt and a smile on my face, never a hard time! I rarely do yelp reviews but this was a perfect opportunity to offer feedback! Keep it up guys, you make shopping for auto parts fast and easy! Thanks again! -Another satisfied customer!
