Buyer beware. If I could give zero stars I will. We ordered windows 2+ years ago and they installed them. Three sets of sliding doors don’t work, 1 is missing handles so we can’t use , and one was broken on install and re-ordered 1.5 years ago and still hasn’t been delivered or installed. They have come out to “look” a few times but are now saying the remainder of payment is due before they will fix anything. They are saying this after two years of not fixing things that never worked. We are going to have order all new windows from a new company or find Someone who can make what they did work.

I've been building high-end custom homes for 8 years, and know first hand that windows and doors are one of the most important, expensive, and complicated aspects of a project. Shannon Deimling is an expert in her field, and it shows beautifully throughout her entire sales process. She takes the time to study a set of plans, and ask the right questions before submitting a proposal to ensure its accuracy. Trust me, this is rare. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable in all of the products she sells, and is a perfect example of a salesperson should be; professional, positive, and non-aggressive.

This was my first time using Argonaut and I will definitely be using them again. We were lucky enough to work with Jerred Daulton, whom made the process seamless and stress free; from helping us with measurements, guiding us with design, to giving us a firm price. He was extremely professional and honest with his opinion -which we appreciated. We will 100% be referring Argonaut to all family/friends.
