Used to be a great station best prices. Noticed lately that some of the gas pumps are always out of service! Nobody seems to be fixing them. The whole station seems to be falling apart now the prices aren’t as good as they used to be. I noticed that there was always a lot of people lined up at that station now there’s hardly anybody there anymore because of the poor service in lack of repairs. Going to another Shell station.

Prices are .60 cheaper for diesel at shell on Victoria. Why is that ? ? ? Different owners probably.

Deserie, a Very nasty Manager obviously is having a bad Tuesday morning or just pain hates where she is at. I was à customer service manager for 32 years . I can't even begin , Attitüde, lottery service inn correct and possibly illegal. Shell please train your Managers. And boy do I mean what you've bought to the table as such. Lost my business. Just drive to the next stop.P

I work next door to this gas station. On my work days I usually come grab a 20oz monster and head out. Today they had the wrong price on the tag. It was only a 40 or 50 cent difference but guess the manager doesn't know the laws of Weight and measurements. If she was polite about it and said sorry I would've grabbed the extra change but instead the overweight manager had an attitude. I went back on my lunch break to explain things but she didn't want to hear it. I asked for a customer service number and instead of providing me with one she said it's on the door(it's not). As someone that comes in 4 times a week and hasn't had any issues, her attitude solidified that I will never be back. Even with the cheapest gas in the city I refuse to support the livelihood of that employee. And I will continue to tell my customers to support another gas station instead.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Lady was rude.the other lady who works there is so nice and kind. But this one was terrible and rude. They got good gas prices but the service inside is a 0/10

Update: I called in the morning and spoke with the same rude manager who kept speaking over me, and saying that based on the footage from last night there were a lot of people. That's is a lie. She again refused to get me in contact with the owner. I am contacting SHELL CORP to get in contact with the owner. I'm absolutely appalled with this behavior.Dec 25 2022, I stopThis is the worst service I ever received. After filling up, I went inside to get my receipt. I was the second person in line. The store was empty when I came in, besides one lady in the middle of a transaction. While I was in line waiting for the copy of my receipt, a young lady clerk chose to first take 2 men who came later and were behind me. She made a racist choice based on my appearance. Shame on her.Later, when I called to speak to the manager, she kept hanging up on me refusing to provide the owner's name. She didn't even bother to get my name or the phone number for the owner to call me back.Shame on the manager as well. I will call in the morning and will see how the owner handles this situation.

This Shell station is awesome! The staff are so friendly & the gas prices are fairly good. They also have clean restrooms!
