Lili helped me in an emergency situation. My suit jacket was without buttons (thanks a lot previous tailor) 3 hours before being a best man at a wedding and she squeezed me into her busy schedule and saved the day. Thank you Lili!!! Lifesaver!!!

I went here to add patches to a leather vest for a gift plus to hem some slacks. She did a great job! She's very kind. She suggests different ideas. And her prices are fair.

I came in to have my uniform patches altered she did it on the spot for me! I was fully ready to come back a day or two from now. Amazing customer service! And she does other uniform alterations for those of us SVM in the area looking to avoid the uniform store! Will definitely continue coming to Lili's!

I came in with my wedding dress and instead of politely turning me away because she's too busy, she had me try it on only to insult me that I bought a dress way too big. Isn't the point of me bringing my dress to you is so you can resize it? She rudely told me it's too big and I need to buy a new one that's smaller otherwise I'd be spending way more money on alterations than the dress. I believe she quoted me over $1000. I've never been treated so badly before by someone I tried to give my business to. Instead I took my dress to a nice man in midtown Ventura, shop called Manuel's. A real tailor. He said he'd have it ready for me a week before my wedding and said the size was no issue and he could fix it and quoted me $125. Give that man your business, he knows what he's doing!!

I highly recommend this place. I was really scared to get my wedding dress altered and Lili was the only one out of a few places who was willing to help me with it. Not only did she do a wonderful job and made my dress fit perfectly, she also did it so fast and was just the sweetest person. If I ever need alterations again, this is the only place I will be going to!
