I had an incredibly disappointing encounter with the customer service at this store, including the store manager. Initially, they failed to provide a clear explanation of their return policy, leaving us unaware that they only offer store credit, not cash refunds. Despite attempting to return items within 24 hours of purchase, which we explicitly mentioned were intended as gifts and might need to be exchanged, they refused to accept the items and insisted on providing store credits, despite this not being communicated during the purchase. As someone who anticipated a superior level of service from a well-regarded brand, this experience was not only frustrating but also wholly unacceptable. I will certainly reconsider shopping here in the future.

Well this was my favorite store to shop at in the outlets, but not after todays encounter. I walked into the store, was greeted by an Emily (dark brown long hair) then after that nothing. Walked around the store a couple times, knowing what I wanted to try on. She had her back towards me the entire time as I'm shopping on her cell phone texting. Proceeds to take her phone in the back and she was then nowhere to be found. I asked another associate to assist and she was lovely and helped. Emily walks right back out to the sales floor with again her cell phone...

My girlfriend loves this store. Every time we come to Camarillo we visit this place. The staff is friendly and polite. Store is brightly lit, clean and well organized. There's a vast selection of Jimmy Choo shoes here. There's plenty of parking outside and the decor of the store is very modern. It's always a very enjoyable shopping experience when we come. Stay safe out there people and be kind to one another!

Love the Jimmy Choo brand and was excited to shop at the outlet, but my shopping experience experience was not good. Midway through my try-on, my associate left me to check on another shipment for a customer who just walked in. I understand that can happen, but he never came back to check on me, nor did any of the other associates not helping any other customers. I was literally just left there. I’m not sure if the tepid response was because they didn’t think I was a serious buyer, but it was the total opposite of my experience shopping at other Jimmy Choo stores. Really disappointing experience.

This branch of Jimmy Choo has great stuff! Wifey developed a straw bag obsession and sat in front of her laptop for literally an entire day, surfing like mad before needing to attend a "boho pool party" - couldn't find any bag to her liking. I suggested we head up to Camarillo Premium Outlet, whereupon we noticed Jimmy Choo almost immediately after parking in the "good" section of the shopping center. Fast forward to wifey squealing with delight, having not only one but two styles to choose from - at literally 50% off. Score! Sales help - a young man - was excellent, and I also put my dos centavos into it. Wifey emerged with what she said was "a bargain," i.e., the "Luzetta tote" (as per kindly sales associate), and we concluded the visit in record time. Very nice merchandise of course, and great prices. So relieved that her "boho pool party" is saved. Highly recommended!

Great Jimmy Choo Store! One of the best stores in the outlets. Sales associates are excellent, answer all and any questions thoroughly, they were very polite and helpful. Store is beautiful as well. Great prices on Jimmy products as well! Highly recommended!
