This branch need to reopen immediately! It's insane that the one on Pandoras is the only BoA in Camarillo. If you need to see a teller stand in line by 9am for opening at 10.

WHEN IS THE SANTA ROSA BRANCH FINALLY GOING TO RE-OPEN??!!! IT SERVES MANY, MANY, MANY SENIOR CITIZENS & MANY OTHERS IN THIS AREA!!!! (At this point Chase or Wells may be Better Choices since they are closer!!!) B of A is a HUGE INSTITUTION THAT CAN EASILY AFFORD TO RE-OPEN OUR BRANCH!!! This branch has been closed for close to 3 months due to the C-19 Hoax/Scam! This particular branch has the entire teller area enclosed from counter to ceiling with plexiglass!! So, why the hell are they closed for. The BofA branch this is open doesn’t have any barriers except for a flimsy one that was installed at the onset of the C-19 Hoax!! Now that Ventura County is opening everything up will BofA open this branch??

Extremely disappointed with this place. They caused a lot of problems. Deposited a check, they misread the check and even what I wrote on the deposit slip.....how???? I have no clue, they had two people depositing my check and they still managed to miss a 0.

I’ve been sitting here with no other customer in the bank for about 30 minutes (I’m still waiting). The employees have noticed that I’m waiting and made zero attempt to ask what I need help with. In the other visits I’ve made to roughly 10 other branches, I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes even with many rush hour instances. I’ve never been to such an unprofessional bank. If I could give this zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.

Whenever you think BofA customer service can't go any lower, BofA always comes through. BofA website says they open up at 9:00am, the hours posted on BofA's front door state they open up at 9:00am so you can imagine my surprise that after standing outside with the doors locked a BofA employee arrives at 9:10am (after apparently a local coffee run) telling me and two other customers that they now open at 10:00am and to come back then. I pointed out to this BofA employee that the hours on their door glass say 9:00am and got a reply of, "oh yeah they're going to change that soon" So obviously coffee time is more important to BofA and they do not even have the decency to put a piece of tape over their incorrectly displayed hours or a hand written note on the door glass stating that their hours have changed. Thanks BofA, glad to see you value your customers.

This is for the 5800 Santa Rosa Rd Camarillo, CA 93012 , BofA branch. I had a horrible experience with them. I had to meet to finalize my business transfer account with Anthony and I had two appointment and he didn't show to any of them. I run a business I do not have time to schedule and run to meet this person all the time. I asked to speak with the branch manager Christy Alamida and she never answered or replied to my phone calls. They are very slow and very disrespectful. I have been with BofA for 20 years and I never encountered such a disrespectful, lazy and disorganized team as the one from 5800 Santa Rosa Rd Camarillo, CA 93012

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deposit my rent check into my landlord's account at Bank of America. Every single time I have had to go in to make the deposit, which is usually a Friday after work, there are a minimum of 4 to 8 people in line with only 1 teller working. Oh, there are several other people working in the branch but they refuse to open more teller windows. I have complained to the manager every time I go in. I don't bank at Bank of America and I never will. I advise everyone who will listen to stop being abused by Bank of America, and sign up at Ventura County Credit Union to receive way better service, no monthly charge for a checking account, shorter lines, and better customer service. I'm now signing up for auto bill pay with my credit union so that I never have to go into Bank of America again.
