On 01/19/24 I was a victim of fraud. It is likely that a Card Skimmer was planted on the middle ATM located outside the bank. Bank account was cleaned out in 24 hours. I encourage management to increase security and for customers to report suspicious activity immediately. I'm a new customer and am extremely disappointed, as this has been my first such experience in all my banking life.

If you ever need Merrill Lynch services I would not go to the the office at BOA. Called Alex in their office there 3 times & he has done nothing but ignore me. So I closed out my Merrill Lynch account since I couldn't get any help.

I've been a customer of Bank of America for many many years and have had my share of frustrations with this branch in terms of waiting. So this review is specifically for Abraham Perez. After waiting a while, I was helped by Abraham who did such a fantastic job of taking care of all my new accounts and their various intricacies. He was very knowledgeable and did everything correctly. He was also patient and kind. Today I received a follow-up phone call for which I was very grateful as I did have a couple questions. Thank you so much, Abraham!

I have never felt compelled to leave a review at any establishment, but after today I need someone to hear this. My father (87yrs) and I walked in to the BofA on ponderosa for a simple transaction. All we needed was a notary to notarize a special legal document. Now my family has been doing business with BofA for well over 50 yrs, as far back as my childhood. This young man that greeted us asked if he could help out. We told him all we needed was a notary republic to notarize a document and he said he was that guy. Great, can we proceed with this procedure. No he said, he has appointments and we would have to make one. Mind you there are but two people in the bank and they’re at the teller booth. I told him this will take 10 mins and he said he could schedule us for later tomorrow possibly. I said sir, there are only two other clients in the bank and they are being tended to. He was a bit snarky at this point and mentioned he doesn’t care for my tone. Seriously! That’s when Dad said let’s go and we walked out. Customer service 101! maybe this guy needs to revisit the class soon.Thirty eight years in the grocery wholesale business, I would never treat a customer with anything less than respect and dignity. This guy never even went to his office to check his scheduling calendar to see if he could fit us in within the next hour or two.

1/9/2023 noon.. Went in with 2 tellers nobody in line, they call me over just to say I have to wait until the other teller gets back.. wth. The branch manager is rudely apologetic.. doesn't make sense. If they treat business customers I can only imagine the average joe.

Of all the branches in Venture County, this branch is best! You’re greeted by a friendly staff who takes time to listen to you. They accommodate you no matter how busy they are. Very friendly staff!

I'm from out of town, so I stopped here for a "quick" deposit right when they opened. I've never waited this long in any BoA EVER. Long wait, few guests, two tellers. One teller, Liliana, left her station to greet a guest at the door. She proceeded to talk to the guess while the line got longer. A few guests asked her politely if she could help guests. She said "yes, I'm on my way" but did not. She also ignored guests who tried to help another teller get her attention because he needed help servicing another person. While we waited, another worker entered the teller door and again, a guest asked for help. He chuckled and said "someone will help you". The guest who asked walked away disappointed.

Clearly the worst example of customer service- long lines, few tellers and simply an unbelievable long slow line every time- even w only 3 people in line it's 20 mins. It's obvious they don't want us in the branches anymore! Simply dreadful- The DMV could teach these people something about poor service- wait, am I saying the DMV is better than them !? YES

Everytime i need to come i to this bank I have to wait 40-45 minutes for the one teller. Its ridiculous. Please do better B of A. Everyone is frustrated!!

I have probably left 3 reviews in my 30 years as an adult. This being my 3rd. This has go to be the worst bankofa in Ventura County as for customer service and wait time. I have been here 3 times today and 2 times this week. it's 3:30pm. not traffic hour and the line is still long and there are plenty of people that are in offices helping noone . They should be cross trained as a teller for situations like this. Absolutely poor service! BofA in Camarillo please do something about your service. it's always like this no matter what day or time.

There is never enough tellers at this location and BofA doesnt let you withdraw large amounts at the ATM so it forces you to wait in line. I have seen the line go out the door and around the building on multiple occasions. They always have a lot of personal bankers working but never more than 2 tellers at once

This bank is horrible. Extremely large bank with many employees walking around doing nothing while only 2 tellers slowly try to cater to people with personal and business accounts. It takes forever to get anything done. The manager is rude . If you try to call , it’s just as bad. As bad as this branch is, Oxnard is even worse. This is the WORST BANK IN AMERICA! Eat my shorts! No wonder they’re closing branches all across the country. This pathetic dinosaur is a sinking ship. Good Riddance!
