Terrible customer service had a mix up on the gas pump and lady yelled at me saying it was my fault . I fully under stand that talked to the gentleman who pumped my gas and we figured it out in less then a minute. But to be yelled at over a mistake. I'll never go here again that for sure.

Hmmmm let's see where to start... we'll first off the store appears clean but the Indian lady the owner is disgusting y'all!! Do not I repeat do not eat here this lady doesn't change her food labels on the food in the warmers so y'all this food is expired and she's selling it making money off people and we get sick but can't pin point why cause the store cause an "A" or "B" why because she pays off the inspector that comes in to make sure everything is done right!! He literally doesn't mark her off for expired food but will mark off other little things like the fridge not stocked so it's believable so that she passes with no suspicions!! Don't grab food from the warmer she doesn't even make her employees wear gloves when handling food so unsanitary and lack of care for humans!! Disgusting that a small stop and go gas station doesn't care about getting the public sick, what kind of person and business owner is this!!! I know someone that used to work here and they warned me not to eat the food ever!!! The owner herself is grouchy and not welcoming or friendly makes you not want to buy gas or anything there and that's exactly what I've done but someone for sick the other day and she needs to be outed for the disgusting habits she has a business owner so gross!!! Rather pay more than give my money to this witch lol DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!!!!

Went in like every other morning at about 2:30 am monday August 14, 2023 to get gas before work. One of the employees tall white male was very rude when I went in to ask if he could turn on the air machine for me he said it's not free. And I replied California Law states air is free if you purchase something at the gas station. He then asked me for a reciept and threatened to call the police because people are always stealing. Seem's as if I was a victim of racial profiling. I have been a customer for the last couple of year's (I'am local to calimesa) with me purchasing not only gas but snacks for my kid's. Very upset over this incident people shouldn't be treated this way and if possible I would like to take this further up with a supervisor.

The morning cashier is very rude. I'm a local that lives in the neighborhood and stop by almost everyday for coffee and doughnuts. I stopped by this morning for the usual plus a couple of more items, and I asked for a bag because it was to much for me to carry home in hand also I was paying with EBT so the bag is free. Then she rudely told me no bags are not free with EBT and that I have to pay for a bag. I tried to explain to her that when you pay with EBT places don't charge for bags. Usually this wouldn't be a problem but I had no cash on hand just my EBT card. Then she rudely told me I'm the manager I should know. She turned something so small into something awkward for no reason, and on top of that I knew that I was right. So not wanting to cause a scene I fumbly took my items and left. I just feel she was real rude and nasty about the situation even though she wasn't trained correctly about the problem.
