I want to thank this location for staying open late to help my son who was driving home alone, at night, on I-5. His windshield wiper blade flew off and with 4+hours of driving to go, plus a lot of mist in the air, he needed it replaced right away. This store was one minute from closing but Carlos agreed to stay open until my son arrived. He quickly replaced the windshield wiper blade and pointed out a few other safety hazards we needed to address once my son was home. THANK YOU for your kindness and professionalism.

This auto parts store is off the beaten path. It is a god send to the people who live in Buttonwillow and area. The service is outstanding. Very knowledgeable staff. Well stocked store but if they don't have your part they will order it. I'm happy with the service.

Salvador was my savior, literally after they were closed, he helped me above and beyond. We made it happen and I can't believe I was able to fix my car with his help. He had to have been sent by god because Salvador in english means savior, I dont believe coincidences. My eternal gratitude to this man. He saved me my wife and my kids from being stuck in the middle of nowhere. Seriously una benedicion de dios!

WORST NAPA IN CALIFORNIA. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER HAS THE PART U NEED. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS, I WOULD. BUT MAKES YOU GIVE THEM AT LEAST 1 SMH NEVER GO THERE. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 30 MILES TO A DIFFERENT AUTO PARTS STORE
