Four stars for the price however their hours are not that great, they close at a time that's very inconvenient for people that work normal hours. Not a fancy new facility- older...but does the job. The guys that work there are nice.

Absolutely inappropriate behavior that a company allowed an employee to do while a prospective customer called to inquire about renting a storage unit. Here is the conversation. I was greeted with a groggy "hello" Me "Hello. how are you?" ..silence Employee : said groggily again "huh-lo" Me even more perfectly cheerful said "Hello how are you today?" Employee- "who the hell are you?" Myself: "I'm inquiring about storage units and prices " Employee : so... Myself : do you have them available ? Employee: well if i did , id tell you but I don't so why are you calling ?" Myself : because I'm looking for the exact service this business operates" Perhaps this employee who I spoke with, has some personal issues that have translated to the way the spoke with myself over the phone but clearly they shouldn't be paid if they don't have the time to ask and belittle prospective customers This is Appalling behavior if this is the norm and if this employee has some type of issue that has disabled them from being courteous, I hope they get the help they need .

It's home. Rent doesn't go up every year and they're reasonably priced.

Unfortunately they removed the plastic tarp protecting my stuff from water damage. Also the place stink of cigarette smoke. Caution.
