Love their bakery , today I had an incident but it was miscommunication. When I ordered my cake yesterday I paid at the register but I didn’t not show the receipt to bakery I thought it was when we pick it up the next day. So today I went to pick up my cakes and they were never made because I didn’t show them the receipts yesterday. I was upset ofcourse because the party was happening and I expected to quickly pick it up. In the end I picked a cake closest to the one I picked and they were able to get my refund for the second cake. The store manager was polite and apologized. I think they should make it clear or put a sign to bring back receipt right away if ordering a cake from book. The cake was delicious in the end , everyone at party loved it. Their cakes are so good

First time coming to this new renovated Vallarta store. I used to love the old design especially because you would have two entrances/exit. You closed one now that you made the store bigger. It bothers me if there is an emergency you only have one exit/entrance. NOT COOL
I came with my child and every second you are making store announcements to your employees. “John meet me in the produce”
“John report to the office” “John pick up line one”’ “manager to register one”
Vallarta is a multi million dollar company but you are too cheap to buy land phones for departments to communicate with your employees than be making intercom announcements every second. It’s super annoying. Very loud and so unnecessary and unprofessional for all your customers to be hearing. If you are too cheap to buy phones then buy walkie talkies so you communicate with your employees then for all to hear. ?
Thank you to the ladies that were sampling I got two coupons and saved some money when buying cheese and cream. I definitely won’t be back to your store to be listening to the managers be making annoying and dreadful announcements.

It's incredible that having six or seven people in the meat department takes so long to help! Today there were only 5 people and I have to wait more than ten minutes every time I visited this place! With these renovations they are doing to the place, I personally don't like it anymore! As you are being attractive to young people in the store and your employees, I also feel that they are making them very young and therefore that feeling of a Hispanic store is being lost.

The remodeling that has just been done to this supermarket has been spectacular
A very good job
It really looks very good and very nice
They now have even more variety of prepared foods, and they even now have sushi to go

It is very shameful that they hire people who have no education and do not have any kind of respect for us who are the clients!
Today I tried to return a Piggy Bank which was broken, I approached one of the ladies who was in customer service and I addressed her saying "good morning" I repeated it three times in a row she just stared at me and she didn't answer me the only thing What she said was yes, tell me!
After I tried to tell him that the product was damaged, he didn't let me finish talking and sent me to one of the cashiers and even after leaving me with the word in my mouth, I turned around and he's still turning around and looking at me with bad attitude. It's a little frustrating because education doesn't fight with anyone.
It is ugly that they try to remodel their exterior of Vallarta when they have people with little education and are inexperienced with customer service. They should try to figure out who is qualified for each position.

Great Hispanic product and fresh vegetables. They have their own brand of milk, tortilla chips and tortillas among other things you can sit down and have a homemade meal while you shop and they recently expanded the store double size

Very terrible service. I stood near the meat department, Nobody wanted to serve me, there were six salespeople walking around and everyone was talking. Wait, wait, I stood there for 15 minutes. As a result, I did not receive the goods. I worked for Instagram, so the clients did not receive the goods.

I just moved to the valley and i love shopping at Vallarta they have everything i need they got salvy items mexican they got asian aisle the buldak noodles all sorts and i love that is always fresh and klean ?
