From sitting down to the job done was less than 8 min. Stylist didn't ask if I wanted shampoo, blow dry...
I asked for 5 inches trimmed off. She cut over 10 inches. Made couple rude remarks.. the job Felt very rushed. Another stylist stood inches from me just staring. Felt uncomfortable & awkward. Whispered in Armenian few times which was also awkward & rude. She wasnt very friendly. I wish i had walked out. Won't be going back.
Requested style: I showed her a picture and she cut off more than I said and she said "it looks good like this" basically the cut was over.

Pam is a fantastic stylist. For haircuts, she listens to client requests and checks in to see if she’s meeting expectations as she goes. I have only scheduled appointments at this salon with Pam because I have always been pleased with the results.

Tbh not the greatest:c. Usually I don't have a problem with this place. I had my hair cut by someone different and I specifically asked for a TRIM. she over did it and left me with a completely new style that I honestly don't like.

Sharing my experience at Supercut Burbank. Very disappointed with the service and skill of Jennifer. First, she made me sit down right after cutting another customer without cleaning or blowing the hair sitting on the chair Her attitude and welcome were terrible.... Then ask me what I was looking for, and my only request was to use scissors to cut the side and back head bottom since I would like to keep my hair long...
A few minutes later out of the blue, she started raising her voice at me and came across that I had to let her do her job; explaining to me why she does not want to use the scissor, and immediately told her that usually at other salons they are good with scissors.
I also mention to Lilit over the phone if they were okay with cutting my hair with scissors and she said yes, no problem...if she would have said no, I would have not scheduled my appointment.... Idk why it was a big deal.
When done cutting my hair in five minutes, Jennifer did not even show me the back of my head or how I want my sideburns to be shaved - Extremely rude attitude... Jennifer probably has personal issues outside of work or problems at work I don't know.... but she needs to stay professional and cut hair either with the scissor or with the trimmer, without attitude!!
I live down the street from this supercut...and not going back rather drive than have to endure her bad behavior again.
AVOID JENNIFER IS BEST....

This was the worst haircut experience of my entire life. The master immediately specified how high the fade should be done, I immediately explained my preferences. But when she started to cut, the fade was too high and there was a very sharp transition, although I said I needed a smooth one. The master chatted with her colleague all the time, the haircut was not consistent, and as a result she shows me a work where the edges look like my hair was plucked in places. I asked her to fix it, but she took my fade even higher. When I saw my edging at the back, which was crooked and raised too high, I decided not to say anything else to her, so as not to ruin my hair even more. As I got up from the chair, all my clothes were in clumps of hair, which the master did not rush to help me remove. This is the highest unprofessionalism that I had. After that, I had to turn to another master to correct the situation. As a visitor, I decided to save money, but in the end I got the worst for $33.
p.s. Recently, the manager contacted me, apologized for the poor-quality haircut, said that he would work with the hairdresser in the future and made a refund money. I appreciate it. I hope in the future, people will not have such situations :)

Got my daughter a haircut here before school starts--Anna really took her time and was quite patient with my 5-year old...I don't get the poor reviews on this establishment---of course dont expect a high-tier salon service from any Supercuts or Fantastic Sams. But for basic services and kids cuts this one definitely delivered. Thank you Anna. We will be back!

Awful...., I wish I could rate this hairstylist a 0. No skills whatsoever, never again. It seems she used my son as a lab rat. After nightmare haircut she had the audacity to ask for a tip. Shameful. Don't bring your kids here. Stay away unless you want to leave this place in tears.
