“Highly recommend this store.. I came in needing more information about my arches and proper insoles and some shoe recommendations following an injury. On two separate occasions, the two staff members in the store helped tremendously, I think they were named Rachel and Megan - one stayed a bit later after closing to make sure I had what I needed. They were both patient and knowledgable and really took their time with me on both occasions. thank you!”

“5 stars for the staff I worked with during my appointment (Nicole and a gentleman stylist), but the dress options just weren't it for me (thus the 4 stars). That's not to say they didn't have beautiful options, but David's was already at a disadvantage because I fell in love with another dress; I just didn't know how much I loved this other dress until I tried on some beautiful dresses here, that just didn't live up to how I felt in "the dress". When you know, you know, I guess. 1 hour Bridal appointments are made by calling in ahead of time to schedule. You are assigned a stylist, and sent to peruse a few styles on the floor. They had us take photos of the barcodes of dresses I wanted to try. (Tip: take a photo of the dress before the barcode, so you know which ones you want to prioritize). They bring some dresses over for you to try in some dressing rooms, with large mirrors just outside of the room. The stylists help you close up the back of the dress if needed, and help to arrange the train so you can get the full effect of each dress. They discuss with you the parts of the dress you like, and don't like so they can get you closer to finding the dress of your dreams. This location is a good place to check out for a more affordable dress. One of my favorite styles was one I don't know that I'd have ordinarily tried, and was suggested by my stylist - a beautiful, simple, trumpet style dress (pictured in the photo attached to this review).”

“Customer service is great, boutique is very clean and organized. They only have 2-3 items of each article of clothing so not a wide size range and I would say the largest size I found was about a U.S. 22 so it's not a very inclusive plus size boutique. I'm used to specialty plus size stores going up to 4-6X etc, but this one tops out at a 3x which runs more like a 20-22. The lady working was really nice and advised me to size up on a few items because they run small. I did find a gorgeous little black dress and it was on sale, but they have a no-return policy -- there was a dress I loved but needed to try it with shapewear and a strapless bra because it was made of a weird material and I couldn't tell how it would sit on me, but I didn't want to buy it and then get it home and not like it. Most items I saw ran in the $30-80 range so not bad. There is also a small assortment of jewelry, handbags and shoes. They do not have items like jeans or casual wear, this is more like semi-formal/cocktail/date night attire. Definitely worth a browse if you're in that size range and looking for those kind of clothes!”

“Great! Place our shoes look like new definitely recommend this place. Price is reasonable it was around $20 per pair of shoes. Had my shoes on time and ready to go earlier than I had requested. they are awesome!”

“This place is AMAZING!! The owner is kind, beyond generous and ridiculously helpful. The prices are fair and plentiful. There's so many great finds in this little gem of a store. Don't bother with the other second hand stores, this is a one stop shop.”

“Went in and saw what I wanted on the wall. Sales associate was very friendly and got my size out right away. There is a special where you buy one and get the 2nd pair half off so my daughter picked out some cute shoes with light up stars and we paid and are very happy. The whole trip lasted about 20 minutes and it was empty. I love my new shoes.”

“It's all so cute. What should I do? I know, I'll get everything! I have 3 pairs and I wear them every day. The service is great and you can find the workers scattered around the store. There are so many different pairs and colors. It's expensive but worth it. They have platformed shoes, high tops, and slip ons! I love this brand of shoes! I love the designs because they have so many colors. Vans make me feel happy and confident. All of my College Roommates have Vans. I just convinced my parents to buy a pair and now they wear them every day. My favorite pair of Vans that I have are white high tops with sunflowers at the soles. My older sister doesn't do and sports so almost all she wears are Vans. Vans are very fashionable with jeans and baggy shirts . I like to wear my high tops with my favorite dress . Vans is my favorite brand for shoes . If you don have them I recommend you get them.”

“Was initially very busy but they caught my attention and made sure they saw me and would help me. Chris (the one who helped me) was helping another customer and was very knowledgeable and was unbothered by all the questions he was given. Had every intention to make sure the customer felt good about their purchase and even though they didn't end up buying anything I was convinced I was going end up leaving with something I going to be happy with. He helped me quickly narrow down my choices and didn't try to upsell on the boots when I narrowed it to two. He did manage to get me to try on foot supports which I was something I always avoided but because he was so convincing I tried it out. Plus with the money I saved by not buying the more expensive boot, I ended up trying and buying them. His co worker (who also tried to help besides her also being so busy. I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name) mentioned my discount when I said I worked at UPS so that was so nice of her to mention. In the end this is the first time I felt so good spending 250 on boots haha.”

“I haven't been inside this store for years, but I needed a few tennis balls so I was in the area, figured this place would be perfect for it. And it was, their selection is pretty good, I am not a pro, so I need something affordable and decent quality. Their sportswear could use more organization, I checked the merchandise since I'm looking for a hoodie for my husband, but I don't seem to find a thinner one with a zipper anywhere else, so not their fault. OK customer service, great parking lot, big and easy to access!”

“My wife and I stopped by this store while inside Burbank mall because she wanted to look at their shoes. The store isn't that big but they had a good amount of shoes on display. When we walked in, we saw only 1 lady working but she never approach us. There was another customer inside the store as well and she didn't approach them either. My wife like some of their shoes selection but not enough to buy them. This store is on the second floor near H&M.”

“I have been a customer for years and have many pairs of their beautifully designed and executed shoes. I was surprised to see negative reviews. I always use them to repair my shoes figuring since they made them, they should fix them. I'm always happy with the results. I live near the factory so granted, I have not had to deal with shipping charges plus I can go in and try the samples in the back. The samples are in all sizes and I've been lucky to snag some at a considerable saving. Like a lot of small niche businesses they are having staffing problems and I'm guessing access to materials due to COVID and it's aftermath. A little understanding should be in order. The Cydwoq product isn't for everyone, but it is for people who value made-to-order-handmade and unusual shoes. This is a wonderful place for people who care about such things.”

“The 5 stars is for the fit and comfort of the shoe brand. The service is ok. The shoes are aprox 100/200 each pair. I've been wearing my sandals for at least 5 years - so that's like $40 a year which isn't bad. They are sooo comfortable. I've climbed mountains in Mexico in these sandals. Wide feet, plus size shoes. Shoes for old people- this is where it's at. I'm in hospitality, so on my feet up to 10/12 hours a day. They hella ugly, but super comfortable.”

“I just want to say Magnolia Park did me a solid when my kid purchased a $2000 sneaker from them. I explained what had happened and they no questions asked took the sneaker back and refunded my money. This was at a time during the height of Covid and money was a little tight.
