One of worst Ross I have even seen. rude cashier and floor manager who was on duty 17 may 2024 Friday evening. I believe she is the reason why the staff is not trained on proper ethics to deal with customers. The manager refused to accept her mistake by placing a wrong price tag and denying to offer price which was listed after standing 30 minutes in queue. She is too proud and telling me to reach out corporate office if I have any complaints. Just visit other Ross but not this specific branch.

Very slow service ! Waiting in line for over 30 minutes . I am very disappointed i do not recommend this location! Only one cashier !

Terrible staff. I walked in and the security guard guy was great tho. Looked around, kept getting stared at. Eventually settled on a shirt and went to purchase it where the staff was just plain but rude. I let it go but before I left I asked to use the restroom to which they just remarked "it's closed duh". Like damn bro, usually I don't trip that much but first you guys kick me out for having a drink and I throw it away but now yall won't even let me piss. Amazing area with terrible staff. Let a damn man piss.

I really don't understand how the store has a four-star rating. Parking is always horrible and the register that's downstairs is always closed for some strange reason. They gather every single customer thats in the store upstairs and create an extremely long and tedious line. Just to check out a pair of jeans will take you over 20 minutes easy. Just got to Burlington right next door and save yourself the headache please. P.L.E.A.S.E. I went to this location 3 times in one day (today) and each time the line seemed longer.

It was my first day visiting Burbank on 4/5/24 and I was excited to see what this town had to offer. When it was my family's turn in line , this immigrant worker( I could tell by her heavy accent) , was unashamedly upset and had an angry demeanor. I decided to call her on it by saying , wow no hello or anything. The employee next to her was doing a great job greeting all her customers. She made it so awkward and said that she doesn't have to answer to me while telling us that she is done here and not even offering our receipt to us as she walked away from the register. I just found out that Burbank was a sundown town that is currently trying to ban books such as ''To Kill A Mockingbird" . That's some facts that I unfortunately had to look up because I knew something was off about this woman 's behavior

Had a lot of good stuff at good prices! Didn't find what I was looking for but found lots of other goodies. The store is on two floors, with no escalator for yourself or for the carts, so the elevator was the only way around for those who are disabled. And anyone with a cart has to use the elevator too which made it a bit tough. They were understaffed as well so the line was rather long, but those who worked there handled the line efficiently.
