I list and sell different catagory of realt estate, one day I may sell lands, the next day I am giving broker's price opinion on multi-unit properties, some other time I just list and seller single family residence, etc. If I need a second opinion I can always call the owner broker Rick Bonyadi or the management team and get their opinion on it.
