Had an unpleasant visit to this store this morning. The self checkout machine skipped one of the discounts from the weekly digital coupons I had clipped. The attendant at self checkout had no clue what to do and she went to get help. I waited almost 10 minutes. Employees kept stopping by and asking me what the issue is and would then disappear. They were not able to resolve the issue or figure out what to do. I ended up having them remove the items from the scanned items and I paid for the rest of my stuff. Never had such an experience at any of these chain stores. Won't go back to this store again.

This review is for their pick up service. Every time I order there is either something missing or the wrong version is bought without me getting a notice to replace. Will not be using this service anymore. So frustrating. I called once I got home but was asked to call back tomorrow as no one in that dept was there to help me. Writing this after the 3rd time of this happening.

Great store, great selection & fresh items but the Bistro staff is rude & often ignores customers. I’ll probably still shop there when I’m in the area but I’ll definitely be getting lunch somewhere else.

it feels like you work here when you shop. no baggers, 1 cashier available. shopping at ralph’s feels like a part time job. with prices increasing at an insane rate they should use some profits to hire more staff.

Love!! Have their fresh pass and it's worth it! Free delivery & lots of times to pick from. Pick up option is great. Shoppers are pretty good at picking out quality produce!! They have a better rewards & coupon program than ralphs or any other store. Customer service chat is helpful as well. Love this grocery store overall!

Go somewhere else. Staff is always rude. After my experience today with the night shift staff I decided I will no longer shop here. I used the self checkout and the staff seemed annoyed that I needed help. I had a Pavillions gift card and when I asked for help with checking the balance she rudely said no….. I'm not sure what her name was but she definitely should not work in customer service.

This is a super market which has a wide variety of foods you can buy and ingredients to prepare it is a friendly environment that you really want to come back more often and in sise is a Starbucks you can have your favorite coffee while you shop.

So sad in these troubled times how the food prices keep going up and the quantity is less. You can't buy a pound of bacon anymore. Soon you may only be able to buy a 1/2 pound of bacon for the price you use to pay for a lb.

This store is price gouging! They have marked everything up and the things that are the most expensive (like the produce) they conveniently don't have a price listed. This drives me nuts. At least post the price.

I fail to understand how an alleged top tier grocery store such as this, can consistently and habitually be out of distilled water. It cannot be a supply issue as literally any other store I go to has abundant supply. Target, Ralphs, Walmart, heck even the 99 cent stores!. It can only mean that the person who places orders here is severely inadequate for the role. Very frustrating.
