Great place, friendly professional service. Got an oil change here, when reviewing car for any other faults tech noticed back shocks were past due. Greg was able to get the parts fast and do the replacement in excellent time.

Wow, what a great place.These guys are super honest and their prices are very fair! I’ve been going to them for a few years now, other places are overpriced and some aren’t honest. They gave a whole inspection, they checked the check engine light, tires, brakes, oil, etc. If you want an honest mechanic someone that will tell you the truth and not overcharge and are super fair with their prices, GO TO MOUNTAIN VIEW TIRE & Auto. A mechanic named Greg!

The only reason I was a customer was because Efrain was the service manager. After my last experience with Service Manager Greg and regional manager Mrs . Griffith I will never get my cars serviced there again . I am absolutely sure that Efrain would have done the right thing and addressed my issues . Im sure he would have resolved what ever the problem was . $1200 for parts and labor that included an alignment . The technician lied about the alignment and the car swerves dangerously on the freeway and can cause an accident. When I returned the car back the service manager Greg completely disregarded my concerns . Did not want to honor the warranty and Told me to take my car elsewhere. Worst kind of customer service experience. I asked for the regional manager to call me but Mrs Griffith never contacted me until I contacted BBB . That’s what it takes to get a response Mrs Griffith. I am 100% positive this would have never happened if Efrain was still employed when I took my car back. He quit because he couldn’t work for a corporate greedy company that puts profit before safety. They have incompetent technicians like J. Perez who lie about the work that’s being done . Go to BBB to see how this company deals with it’s customers. Mrs Griffith your unprofessional and the fact that you do not contact customers who have a bad experience shows that your unfit for your position. The service manager is moron and he should know that most customers went there because Efrain. Efrain is a better manager and is the reason most customers went there. The 5 star reviews are mostly because of Efrain’s customer service .
