Please don’t waste your time on this “designer”. My dress was poorly made, came in stained, it was delivered 2.5 weeks late, the design was nothing like I expected. Adam completely quit communication with me after he instructed me to ship the dress back because the design was wrong and it was stained as pictured. It was also two different colors/ shades of white, super disappointing. The dress was over 3 thousand dollars and now I have to file a police report. Don’t put yourself through the heart ache and stress, your wedding should be magical and for the price you can find something MUCH better. I wish I had read a review to save me. Look at the pictures, read my words, know I’m a real person and this has been the worst experience.

I initially went to several bridal salons with my fiance to search for my wedding dress and was disappointed with what I found. I came across Lauren Elaine on Instagram and was immediately impressed with the beauty, quality and unique look that this bridal salon had. After visiting several bridal salons I was super unimpressed with all the dresses. Everything looked a little too basic and too simple for me. My thoughts were this is my wedding day, my once in a lifetime moment and I want to look spectacular! After submitting online inquiry Adam reached out to me and I scheduled an appointment. It was such a lovely personable experience. My time slot was booked and Adam was able to give me his full attention and time. We were greeted with champagne and started trying on gowns based on what I told him what were my likes and dislikes. Adam is so fun, understanding and pleasurable to work with ! He listened to what my fiance ( yes my fiance helped designed my dress) and me wanted and helped us put together the perfect dress for me. This shop is custom design, not custom size... so you will need to have alterations (if needed) and alterations are done elsewhere as they only design your dress. It was so worth the money and the time. I enjoyed so much the experience of it! See photos :)

I loved my experience at Lauren Elaine. After I got engaged, I went to a few, .... no, actually 11 wedding dress shops around Los Angeles. From reasonable select dress shops to high-end designer brand flagship shops, I probably tried on 100+ wedding gowns. My problem was that I could not decide on just one, either a mermaid or a ballgown and I just kept looking forever hoping that I would find an amazing mermaid or ballgown that'd steal my heart, somewhere. But I could not find "the one" after a year and I was about to give up to just settle on one... then I found Lauren Elaine. I put on a few dresses at my appointment, and they all looked stunning but of course I encountered the same problem. However, this time it was different because customization is their expertise and Adam just took my problem and made my dream come true - "why don't you get both?". I ended up getting a beautiful mermaid dress with a detachable train that would make the dress also a ballgown. The price difference was not that much for the addition and the total amount of two looks was lower than some of the dresses I was going to settle on. I absolutely love both looks and I am so so happy that I did not settle until I found Lauran Elaine. Both my local photoshoot and destination wedding went really well and I got so many compliments on the dress from everyone. Adam and his assistant were so so sweet and flexible every time I visited for measurements or pickup. I'm going to miss being able to visit them. I hope my friends will get engaged soon so I can come back to bring them here! Thank you so much for making my dream come true!!

First, I must say Lauren Elaine made me feel like a true queen on my special day.I will start with my first session. I was welcomed with a smile, privacy, full attention, champagne and different style dresses to try on.In my tryout I had my mother and my sister. The way Adam paid attention to me but also my mom made my heart warm. I was truly appreciative.After trying several dresses Adam knew what I was looking for and quickly found the dress that fit me like a sleeve. Though what truly made it perfect was how we tailed that dress to my upmost liking. The bottom of my dress was from another design and sleeves were produced just for me. I was in wow. A tailored dress just for me.Once I left, the communication continued every couple months. Giving me peace of mind the production of my dress was on time and it would be ready for my special day.I had two more fittings as my goal was to lose weight. All fitting were as special as the first. The smiles, the greeting and warmth was always there. Up to this day, I am truly grateful you Lauren Elaine and Adam for making my entire experience truly special. Thank you from the bottom of heart.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GET YOUR WEDDING DRESS FROM HERE. From the second I walked into the door, the sales tactics wouldn't stop. Extremely pushy and aggressive. Main attendant said I couldn't buy a dress at their store if I didn't put a deposit that day. He said that the only way for my out of town sister to potentially see the wedding dress was after I pay a deposit. I left when he insisted for the 5th time to pay a deposit that day.

So let me just save the dresses on the side are absolutely beautiful. But in person they look even better if that's possible. I called Lauren Elaine to get an appointment to get a custom dress. Right away I felt heard and understood and comfortable. The person I spoke with was Adam. I don't even know where to start with him. He is absolutely amazing! He did a few questions over the phone before my actual consult. I sent him the name of some of the dresses on the site that I liked. I let him know that I was looking for a dress that would show my curves and that was Mermaid style. I wanted to be extra and bougie. And when I first showed up he was super friendly he made me feel like I've known him forever. Which made the process so much better. Him and his assistant were very helpful. He helped me choose the patter, style/lace and he help me choose some dresses that I didn't even think about trying. I ended up going with them right away I knew that was the place for me. And they kept in contact during the whole process. And I went on their site and kept looking at their dresses and I saw some sleeves that were on the model that I absolutely had to have. I called Adam right away and he said of course we could do it for you. He knew that I wanted to be a little extra lol so he showed me the cathedral veil that would match my dress and of course I had to go with it. It felt like I was working with a friend the whole time. They were very quick and efficient. You have to understand that a custom dress isn't easy. And not only that I Took my mom through the process and she absolutely loved adam as well! The seamstress was a sweetheart. I can certainly go on and on about my experience there. But to keep it short and sweet I would recommend getting a custom dress there 100% it's definitely worth the money. From the first day to the day I picked it up I was 100% satisfied. I got nothing but compliments on my dress my whole wedding day. It was the dress of my dreams! Thank you to The team for making it happen! I will be sending more pictures as soon as my legit pictures come out.

I had the best experience finding and designing my wedding dress at Lauren Elaine. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. My favorite vendor experience aside from my two amazing wedding planners who actually suggested I check them out in the first place.Adam was amazing, he did a great job making me feel comfortable, listening to my preferences, and just making the whole process an unforgettable experience. I came in three times- once for the decision making and then again to update my measurements and then to pick up THE gown! He really knew everything about the gowns and how they were made and offered many options for me to change the things I didn’t like on the sample dress that was my favorite. He also helped me change something about my gown over 2 months later which I was very hesitant about initially and it gave me so much peace of mind.I was just so happy with everything. My gown was even more beautiful than I even remembered and my whole family was in tears when I came back to pick it up last month. I can’t recommend more highly for such a special once in a lifetime experience.

I found Lauren elaine bridal while browsing on Insta. And I’m soooo happy I did!!! A great time start to finish. I just picked up my dress this weekend! I had a long phone convo before booking my time to see the gowns and walking in I was a little worried I would be too picky and not be able to find anything and I really wanted too. I had already been to sooo many places and was really getting a little lost. The whole team of helpers were amazing. So personal and not so pressuring like other places. They pulled my perfect dress on the first try but I also wanted to change the skirt and it was nice to be able to feel like I made it for myself. First times a charm I guess. It’s been a great memory the whole time and I felt really personal. I visited with my mom and two aunts to pick up the dress and surprisingly it fit perfect. I though i had gained due to holiday stuff but I’m soooo happy. Great location, easy parking, wonderful experience. Cannot wait till my wedding day! Fingers crossed it still this year!

Niva and Adam made me feel so special and so comfortable during the whole appointment and process. They helped with everything I needed and listened to all the details I wanted for a dress and I was so happy and grateful to be able to customize my dress from two collection dresses. They are very transparent and that honesty was key and helped me voice my concerns. The store itself is so special. It's on the smaller side but you're the only bride in the whole place since they do only private sessions. I’ve gone to other places and you’re right next to other brides trying on dresses and I hated that. This was totally private and it wasn't awkward when I couldn't zip up all the dresses. Thank you so much Lauren Elaine Bridal for helping me create the most beautiful dress !!!!

Brides beware!!!! I went to a LE trunk show and Adam basically told me whatever I wanted to hear to get the sale. I was told my dress would be custom to my measurements and I wouldn't need any alterations. I received my dress a month and a half before my wedding and I was horrified when I tried it on and it was HUGE. No where near my measurements and nothing like the dress I fell in love with at the trunk show. It felt like a cheap knock off. I was now in a race to find a seamstress that had the time to fix it as it was also prom season where I live. When I called Adam his lack of customer service was disturbing.. blaming it on me that I should have known I'd need some kind of alterations. Um no sorry I've never bought a wedding dress before and know nothing about them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I really wish I would have!

I absolutely adored everything about my dress. I felt like a princess on my big day. Adam was amazing. He was so sweet and there throughout the entire process for anything you needed. I had a few glitches with my dress towards the end. I had swarvoski crystal straps added to my dress and what they don't tell you until you receive the dress is the way they are put on their dresses. The straps are made to go around your shoulder and under your armpit. This is extremely uncomfortable, especially with crystals scratching against your skin. This made for extra alterations. I then had to have a seamstress remove the straps and put them in a Normal spot. Lauren elaine had to ship me extra crystals because they do not provide enough length for your straps to be moved. This was all two weeks before my wedding. Thankfully my seamstress worked with me and squeezed me in. You would think this would be something they would let you know when you are designing your dress. My next issue was they ask you to send in your measurements. I did not feel comfortable doing my own measurements so I went in to Lauren elaine to be measured to do my final measurements. When I received my dress, it was still way too big, the top did not fit and the straps were falling off. I don't understand the point of final measurements if they are not going to be used especially when this bridal salon isn't doing fittings and prices themselves on their dresses being fit to your body and your measurements. I was told I most likely should not need to do any alterations after my dress was completed. I saw my seamstress at least 3-4 times. Although I was upset with these issues at the time, I think my dress was absolutely gorgeous and If I were to go back in time I would choose the same dress because of how beautiful I felt. I wouldn't let these issues stop me from purchasing again, I just hope Lauren elaine takes these issues into consideration for future brides
