I gave the lady the benefit of doubt and was wondering why she started cutting from the bottom and made her way up. Anyways, I tried to be respectful and was thinking I could probably fix it at home. Nope, the cut was horrible and I tried everything (oil, gel, curl) to fix it - just couldn't because the cut was horrible!!!!! Wished she was just honest enough up say that she was having a difficult time and asked for the other lady's help. I go to work every single day not happy with the way I look. I texted the owner, no response. Beware also that they will tell you upfront how much it costs but will keep adding up for this and that. Overall, it's not cheap. Wish I could say something nice to help their business, but a bad service is a bad service. Don't take advantage of people just to get paid for a horrible service.

I go here for last minute shampoo and blow outs only.They do decent job, although I wish they would spray my hair with blowout treatment spray! I spend a lot on my color and highlights and want them to last! For what they charge, I shouldn't have to ask for it, you can clearly see that I have color and highlights! I guess now with inflation, shops are now going to charge extra for any additional treatments? This should be part of the blowout procedure on any appointment! I now go with shampooed hair which I spray myself. Saved a few bucks.

"It's just a trim, what could go wrong?" I thought, figuring I'd give this cheap, local place a shot. Little did I know it was possible to get such a bad haircut... My friend did a better job cutting my hair from a YouTube video than Alice at the salon did. Anyway you get what you pay for I suppose! I will probably have to chop off half of my hair to get it fixed at a normal place. My hair is uneven, chunky in places, wispy in places, it looks like someone who has never cut hair in their life cut it.

Went in for cut& color felt very safe Salon was very clean everybody was wearing masks & following social distancing which made me feel very comfortable& safe! Zara is amazing she listened to me and cut & colored my hair exactly how i wanted it! If your looking to get your haircut or colored in a safe salon Jasmin's Hair Studio is where you belong!!!!!

The guy answering the phone was sooo rude!! I asked how much for a woman's short haircut & he said that he couldn't give a price over the phone and that he had to see the hair and then, he hung up immediately!! Neverrr going there everrr

The owner is very rude and has no manners . Worst costumer service ever . No wonder their business is dead always. Called to ask a simple question he gave me too much attitude, yelled at me over the phone and hung up . Save your time and money don't go here .
