I recently had some work done on my 2018 Dodge Ram at Formula Automotive Group, and I must say, I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided by Arthur and his team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy.Arthur took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the intricacies of my vehicle and provided valuable insights throughout the process.The work was completed in a timely manner, and when I picked up my truck, I was blown away by the results. The WORST place to take your car to for repairs. They don't really care about their customers and tend to rip people off anyway they can. If your car has any mechanical issues don't bother to come here AT ALL because they will screw up your car and at the end they will be rude and disrespectful. They will overcharge, scam, and damage your property. If you confront them about it they will deny it and blame you instead. If I could I would give them a zero star.

I love Formula Automotive Group! I've been going here for 5 years and they completely take the stress out of car ownership. They are honest and straightforward and have helped me in many pinches I've been in either with my vehicle or even someone else's! I don't want to go to any other place!

I went here two days in a row hoping to use this business and be a returning customer. The first day I came in, I was bringing my car that had died on the road and I came by to ask them for a jumper cable to bring my car, we had a little disagreement because he said it was an expensive cable so I need to leave a deposit. When I saw the cable I said fine, I left him my card. Bought oil from him and when and brought the car to him. He was to look for an oil leak, tie up a panel underneath, replace TPMS sensor and a a battery. Well I bought a battery, came through and asked him to do everything. He charged me a somewhat reasonable rate of $254. I went on to do smog which the car failed because of a thermostat and coolant temperature sensor. I went on to buy OEM parts from Chevy took it back to him to change it. He couldn’t finish it so the next day he sends me pics that the thermostat had been removed from the car. After the replacement of the sensor and thermostat, when I go to pick up the car, he charges me $461 in total. Mind you I bought the parts. His reasoning is that I never asked for the price. Because Arthur I didn’t think that you’ll charge me an insane amount of money for changing a thermostat.” Be Careful with this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

very bad service... inattentive and rude staff! they don't value their customers!!! unprofessionalism led to a serious breakdown of the car and the damage was not reimbursed! I do not recommend this service center!!!Service: Tires
