Be careful with this place they sell damage items at full price. They act like they don't understand English, but they clearly do if they're running a business. There's some cute stuff for affordable price but just know what you're getting yourself into before you purchasing anything. I have been a fashion reseller for over 10 years so I'm very well aware on how this business works. These guys are very shady to say the least.

Well I just had the strangest shopping experience of my life. When I went to the fitting room to try on some tops, the associate would not let me try on certain tops. She said "you can't try on" the white top because I might get makeup on it, and said no to another black top because it had a high neck. Huh???? Nevermind that nothing is returnable. ALL SALES FINAL. I explained I was not going to purchase something I can't try on but she didn't care. I am a 57 year old grown adult and she's worried about me damaging the clothes from trying them on? I've never heard of such and I will never shop at this location ever again. I felt like I was being treated like a child.

Won't let you try on anything the color white. I get it, some girls wear a lot of make up. I obviously don't have an ounce of makeup on...They lost my business. For the owners- don't carry anything white if you can't try it on.

Nice place. Clothes arent the highest quality and you cant try on the clothes. They have sizes small to large only and items on sale, accesories, makeup, bodysuits etc are final. You only have 14 days to return an item, they will do an exchange or store credit never a refund. They are understaffed, and theres like 2 people running the place.

If you’ve ever seen the scene in the movie The Swimmers, where they call the boat company for rescue because they’re about to die when their boat fails, and the company says “it’s not our policy” and leaves them to die.. Yea Fashion Q is that kind of place.

Finally found a few things I had been searching for in other places. HOWEVER!! RIDICULOUS practice of no trying on clothes, even taping paper over mirrors so you can't hold it up to see how it would look. And it makes matters worse, you can only exchange, " no cash back". I put it all back on the rack and left. I'd rather keep looking than take a chance on this place. Ugh

They have a large variety of clothes for an affordable price (the clothing itself is lower quality though). My issue is they have unreasonable policies...they won't let you try any clothes on in the fitting rooms (even though we are past COVID) and they won't even let you try a jacket on over your own clothes out in the open. But the worst part is that they won't let you return any of the clothes!!! So basically you're forced into buying clothes without the chance to try them on, and if you don't like them, they still get the money because they don't allow any returns (only exchanges for store credit). A bit ridiculous if you ask me.

Just read my photo. As women, our curves, heights, sizes all differ from outfit to outfit. This policy is LUDICROUS. I'VE NEVER.

Absurdly does not allow you to try on their clothes and also expects sales to be final on dresses. How are people supposed to find out if it fits? This is truly ludicrous and just bad business practice, almost a scam

This is a horrible place to shop because the owner is just a bad person that accuses people of stealing without even having any proof. she's lucky that I didn't call the police on her when she asked my daughter a minor if she stole a lipstick... my child felt awful because of it !!!! Horrible person . The owners name is Regina !!!!! If I could I would give -5 rating....

Terrible store. I don't know what's up with the Koreans who run this business who don't let anyone try on clothes AND shuts down their fitting rooms. I've never seen so many customers just walk out without buying anything. If the Korean lady isn't there then there is a Hispanic-looking lady walking around throughout the whole store telling customers in a snobby voice that they aren't allowed to try on anything. Like girl, please sit down and rest your feet for a second. This place used to be my go-to for many years and honesty I can't wait for the day that it closes permanently. I guarantee you this place will be nonexistent before the end of 2022. Steer clear of this place and go to forever 21 or H&M instead. Your business will be much more appreciated there. AND you'll be able to have access to the fitting room there too.
