Worst location of them all honestly. I have never been seen on time here. And I am not talking 5 mins late, I have been sitting here for 19 minutes already. Every-time its the same scenario.

Wont be coming here ever again... the receptionist makes u very uncomfortable and also the people that work here look like they dont wanna be here.. its a very uncomfortable environment. Yeah they do a good job but whats the point if the vibe is weird

I love this location. I always get a great blow out and the manager Nate is awesome. Vanessa is awesome and I had a wonderful woman with maybe red hair(?) omg her work was amazing. Her blow out lasted me 3 days with a little dry shampoo.
Stylist: Vanessa did such a great job m, I love her work.

My first experience here was great; they even talked me into the monthly “bar tab” given the great blowout I had that first time.
Since then, every appointment I’ve made, I’ve gotten a call a few hours before saying that the stylist requested is not available. If you call back to try to discuss or figure out an alternate, nobody picks up the phone.
This place is managed by a gentleman named Nate. He seems kind, but doesn’t answer the phone. Even when he’s asked a customer to call him right back and you do.
If you leave a voicemail, nobody calls you back. Not really run like a professional salon just basically able to make appointments, and charge card.
It’s sad because some of the stylus are very talented but when you literally have no idea from week to week if you’re gonna get the person you request, or if they’re going to show that day, it’s not really a secure feeling that helps you look forward to your appointment. Thank you.

Nathan (manager) is great. However came on a day when he wasn't there and had to wait an hour for a stylist. Then the day manager at the time refused to help. I've reached out to the main manager and no response or anything from corporate. Pretty horrible service.

This is literally the worst dry bar I've ever been to. They're always late on their appointments- like not 5 mins but 30-45 mins. I don't understand what the point of having an appointment is.

had a confirmed appointment for Sunday afternoon. Arrived on time and shop is closed!! Unprofessional, disrespectful for clients’ time and needs

this was my first time at a drybar and i left very happy! susanna was INCREDIBLE! not only was she so thorough, but she was gentle with my hair and kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure i was happy with the final result. i left with a beautiful blowout that was wedding-ready and would last the whole night. if you have the chance, book with susanna!

This was the worst blow dry I've ever had. I walked in at 4 PM walked out at 4:15. I paid for a 45 minute service. My hair was still wet when I left. I felt uncomfortable saying how much I didn't like it when everyone was staring at me so I called back after to let them know I didn't like it and the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly dismissive, rude, condescending. He called me back to say there's nothing they can do other than offer me an appointment tomorrow at 9 AM. But I unfortunately can't make that time so now I just lost my $60. Will not be coming back here. Honestly, all the person on the phone had to do was say they were really sorry and not be so condescending and it wouldn't have been as bad.

Great customer service from the beginning. Took my mom, daughter & myself to get pampered & they didn’t disappoint. Our hair type is also hard to style since it’s thick “Ethic” not anyone can do our hair, price is right. They did a great job , we loved it. Thank you !

1. Made an appt for 11, arrived at 10:50, was taken at 11:30
2. I showed a photo of what I wanted and it was not what the outcome was (wanted braids and the hairstylist literally was like - it’s not working let’s try something else).
3. I told her I didn’t like it she gave me attitude and said that’s what I showed her…
4. I was incorrectly charged and when I called, left messages and emailed, nobody got back to me.
5. Go to a real hair salon- all they know how to do is charge your card and aggravate you.

i've had good experiences everytime i've come in here here but I must say their salon chairs are horrible. so uncomfortable to sit in for 1hr+. consider investing in actual salon chairs with back support and cushioning. no reason for customers to be sitting on chairs that put excess pressure on your tailbone after your appointment

I decided to give it one more try and failed again. Front clerk was rude and dismissive of my request to have someone who can manage curly hair, I then waited 30 mins... 1.5 hours later , my hair still looks crappy . I've had a couple of positive experiences a few months ago but the good Stylest left. I'm cancelling my membership.
