  We have a couple of major remodeling projects at home and needed an honest contractor who can help us develop the ideas before deciding on one, either adding a master suite and remodeling the kitchen, or building an ADU. So glad we decided to work with Creative Innovation Developers! From the first meeting, Ben and everyone we encountered from the company have been highly professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. They are good listeners!Ben provided helpful feedback on our ideas and advised us on how to get the most out of our budget. Throughout the whole process of developing the plan, he has been transparent about the price and eager to understand our specific needs. The architect, Susan, put a lot of thought into designing the space.We spent months researching and selecting contractors to contact because of past not-so-great experiences with other contractors, we also need a company that knows how to get things done with the City of Glendale. Creative Innovation Developers proved themselves to be a company we can trust for a big project, an ADU. Yes, a major construction can be scary to homeowners but Ben's contract lays everything out clearly in detail and we know we will continue to have clear communication throughout the whole process, which is the key to a successful home improvement!   I found Creative Innovation Developers Inc via Houzz. We met with Ben, the owner, soon after arranging an appointment with his office. He is nice and polite. My husband and i were trying to find the right person to do this big remodeling/build house project. We met with Ben and the rest is history. He is always on time, which I truly appreciate. He is knowledgeable in all things building (permits, structures, materials) as well as cost effectiveness of everything in our project. We know we wanted someone who can guide us through the process since both of us are not going to be hands on ourselves. His company is a one stop shop company which is what we hope for when we start thinking of doing this project. We talked to him about our vision for the house in the early stage. He was able to guide us through about what we should and shouldn't do as well as come up with the right solutions for the design. We love his ideas/suggestions and we are so excited to know that he will build us this beautiful modern house. We can't wait to see what the next few months will bring but we believe that Ben will be able to take us to the finish line.   I recently worked with Creative Innovation Developers to update my kitchen and bathroom and make a couple other changes to my house. Shlomi and Jordan were great to work with. They listened to what I was looking for and suggested some things that hadn't occurred to me but were good ideas. I have a small older home, which created some challenges, but they rose to the occasion, and everything turned out great. I am enjoying my kitchen for the first time in years, and my bathroom has a fresher and more contemporary appearance now. I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured to do something I didn't want to do. Their professionalism and Shlomi's calm demeanor made the process much less stressful than it could have been. I recently retired from a stressful job, so their creative problem-solving and the consideration shown by their team was much appreciated.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Creative Innovation Developers for a kitchen remodeling project, and we are very satisfied with the results. The entire process, from the initial consultation to the completion of the project, was handled professionally and efficiently.Ben and his team came up with great solutions for opening our once cramped kitchen into an open concept with much better flow. The crew deserves a special mention for their exceptional workmanship. They were punctual, courteous, and dedicated to ensuring that the project was completed to our satisfaction.   We've only just begun our journey with Ben and Creation Innovation Developers, but we've been thrilled. We met several different builders and signed up with Ben during our first meeting as we felt we had a partner v. a salesperson. He's been proactive in keeping us informed in the process, he provides guidance and recommendations in terms of design and layout that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. Excited for the next steps to come!**UPDATED January 2023**Our entire project entailed:• Enclosing a ~250 sq foot patio space into our kitchen and updating the entire kitchen with new cabinets, floors, tile, ceiling height, electric, etc.• Updating a 1960s pass-through bar to a walk-up bar with new plumbing, electric, cabinets, tile• Updating our garage to include creating an attic, enclosing in sheetrock, adding epoxy flooring• Changing out a double front door• Updating tile throughout the houseBen (Owner of Creative Innovation Developers) has his own team that has been with him for many years and also engages with third parties who also have a long-standing relationship with him.When you engage with Creative Innovation Developers, Ben is probably the first person you’ll meet. He’ll meet with you to understand the scope of your project, he’ll come back with an overview of your project, explain the costs and assign a project manager. But that’s not the end – Ben doesn’t pass off the project never to be seen again – he’s a constant figure in the project. Randomly stopping by to see how things are going and checking in via text or phone. We very much appreciated his attention to our project and his quickness to address any of our concerns.Our project we ran into a few hurdles (asbestos, lead, odd requests from inspectors), but Ben and team tackled each one with us – either through recommendations for specialists (asbestos, lead) or creative solutions to address inspectors’ “recommendations” (AKA demands). A few of the inspector requirements led to changes to the original contract, but Ben took the time to walk us through the impact, what would have to be done and I always felt comfortable that he had our best interest in mind as it pertained to the extra cost.We spent our first Christmas in the “new house” a few days after the team finished and our friends and family (several of whom are in the construction businesses) were uniformly impressed with the quality of work and overall outcome.We have already recommended Creative Innovation Developers to friends and family and will continue to do so!Services: Tile work installation

  We could not have had a better experience with Creative Innovation Developers. Ben and Ozzie are amazing to work with. We contacted several contractors to get quotes for building a sunroom. Most of them didn’t even ask what we were looking to do, they just came in and started telling us about what they would want to do to our house. Ben came in and listened to what we wanted to do. Because of city requirements for an addition, we decided to remodel the house instead of adding a sunroom. Ben was great throughout that process. He explained the city’s requirements and what it would take to add the sunroom. When we pivoted and asked about remodeling the house instead, he didn’t even bat an eye. He was back a week later with new plans that were perfect. The house looks amazing!!We lived in the house during construction and while it wasn’t the most fun, all the crews were very respectful of the fact that we were still living there. They cleaned up after themselves every day and put-up plastic sheets to minimize the dust and debris spreading throughout the rest of the house. Ben and Ozzie were very attentive and considerate throughout the process. They were quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. When we did run into problems, they were clear about what the issue was and what could be done to solve it. The project was completed on time and on budget.We were nervous about taking on such a big construction project, but Ben and Ozzie really made the whole process as easy and comfortable as possible. Ben and Ozzie have made our dreams of remodeling the house a reality and it’s so much more than we ever thought it would be. I would highly recommend CID for any home project you have in mind.   Ben and Ozzie from Creative Innovation Developers (CID) have been a pleasure to work with on my whole home remodel and ADU conversion.Because of our large project, I wanted to work with a company that was a one-stop shop. I was looking for reasonable quotes, but more importantly I was looking for someone honest, reliable, good at their craft and knowledgeable on the city’s requirements.I feel as if working with a contractor is similar to relationships. You need trust, cooperation, honesty and you need to feel comfortable with them since you’ll be working with them for an extended period of time. I met with multiple contractors and their responses were pretty similar. After my speed dating sessions with contractors, I decided to call Ben for a follow-up meeting mainly based on how comfortable he made me feel at our first meeting. Ben listened to our needs and made helpful/cost effective recommendations. There was no pressure to spend a huge amount of $ just to get prelim plans and 3D renderings done. We knew we would be spending a decent amount of $ for our project and Ben was the only one willing to take the baby steps necessary to get us comfortable. Most others wanted a large upfront fee before I saw any plans or renderings.The recommendations from Ben for doors, windows, tile and flooring vendors have been great. They all have been super responsive and friendly while offering “Ben’s” competitive prices.Can’t thank Ben, Ozzie and CID enough for all that they have done for our family home.Services: Home renovations

  Where do we even begin? We moved into our house in June and from Day 1 had a list of things that we not only wanted to get done, but needed to get done before moving into the house full-time. After several consultations and design sessions, we chose Creative Innovation Developers to remodel our master bathroom from scratch, resurface our powder room, and install a brand new wooden front door. We chose CID because of their professionalism, creative thinking, and honest care for their customers. From the minute the CDI team entered our house, we felt that we could trust him and his team (a crucial part of any home remodel!). Over the next 4 months, we have been met with nothing but professional employees, straight forward plans and schedules, and ultimately... incredible work. The CID team ensured that we were happy throughout the entire process, taking the time to make fixes or updates that made us feel more comfortable about the process. As first time home buyers and therefore first time home renovators... this was crucial to us throughout the process. The team would take the time to show us samples, potential updates, changes to designs, and so on.
