Friendly staff all the way around. Nice clean store without alot of clutter. Not overpriced at all! Definitely visit this store as it helps cancer patients with your purchase. It is definitely a good store.

I found this place while donating old clothing at the Discovery Burbank Location. I went in to browse and found some cute little thinks for my dog - brand new down bowls and a large crate for my rescue pets. Very organized, clean, affordable prices and a great way to recycle/reused things for a good cause.

Hey everyone, the location for this store has changed. They are no longer located on Victory. They move to Magnolia and are located a few doors down from Portos.

This location is CLOSED! I drove by today to drop off donations and they have closed up shop. I want to give the Yelp community a heads up

This store is tucked behind Big 5 and has great parking availability in their lot. I used to love shopping here. It's spread out, nicely displayed, and I'm not so worried I'd accidentally knock things over when it's crowded, but the prices have become unreasonable and the merchandise is lower end rather than what it used to be. I picked up a mixing bowl I'd seen at Marshall's new for less than half the price here. Glasses from Dollar tree were double. Who is pricing this stuff?

Store is way over priced for it being a second hand clothing store. The system this store has to check out clothing is very unorganized, a worker had charged me for two items that I had said I didn't want to purchase and when trying to make things right and get my money back (for the items I no longer wanted but charged me for) they said no cause they didn't remember which tag had the right price. Honestly wish I would give this place zero stars.

I been coming to donate things here for about 5 years. Not sure if it's been because of the pandemic or just plain rudeness. I went in and was carrying my 6 month son. I was clearly struggling carrying him and a bag to donate. A lady working there stops me and just says on we do not take baby clothes. I was like okay, granted I never told her what was in the bag. I was donate adult clothes and told her that. She still didn't believe me and told me that I had to go somewhere else to donate baby clothes because they don't take it. Again I told her I didn't have any but I will just go to good will to donate there. Honestly if just by coming in and getting judged with a baby thinking I'm donating baby clothes isn't the best. My mother also had a same experience but just linens. Not sure also because I'm a bit younger and older people work and go there? Not sure why are they having rude volunteers work there. I will be donating at another store from now on.

Plenty of parking. Cheap deals of greeting cards. Choice items on the floor for display. Friendly staff. They accept certain donations at certain times. Always looking for collectibles and/or unusual Knick- knacks.

I have been donating here for 15 years (my mom & grandfather passed away of cancer). I went there today to drop of misc. stuff. 2 bags of Books, DVD player, kids picture, 10 brand new photo albums and more. This person "Janice" working/volunteering there was the most rudest, bitter person I have met! She told me in a "mean tone" that they're not taking anymore books, take these hangers back, does the DVD player work? I said don't you take what you can use and have other organizations take the rest. She is a bitter old lady, even told me "whatever" when I was explaining how I've been taking stuff here forever and have never encountered a person like her!! I told her she is not a kind person!! Janice if you can't be nice and learn how to tell people in a nice way that you're not taking certain items!! Maybe you should not Volunteer!! Stop being mean!!!

This was a disappointing visit and I won't be back. I wanted to drop-off a donation, so I called ahead to make sure they were accepting my items and confirm if I needed an appointment. I was told I could drop-off my donation between 10-3 on Tuesday through Saturday. They would only take my books, books on CD and CD's, so I sorted things out and went by at 11 on Saturday. I was barely in the door when the lady behind the counter started yelling at me. She loudly stated they were not accepting donations that day and I needed to go back out. I replied that I had called ahead and she said she didn't care. As she escorted me out the door a couple was heading in with their drop-off. She began yelling at them, too! This is how a charity treats their donors? There are plenty of thrift shops that give to charitable organizations and still manage to treat donors with respect and gratitude. I will visit those shops from now on. Sorry Cancer Society, your employees or volunteers need proper training!
