The Wells Fargo Enterprise Complaints Management Office became the Enterprise Complaints Management Dictator. Since the beginning of the year 2024, The Wells Fargo Enterprise Complaints Management Office became the Enterprise Complaints Management Dictator. I just want to tell everyone about my very bad experience with Jamie H. and Rachel W. who are customer service subcontractors labeled ECMO at Wells Fargo. My bank account and my private information are compromised by Wells Fargo's employees and contractors. Jamie H. and Rachel W. could not have been Ruder and more impolite. They ordered me in writing Not to complain to Wells Fargo about the compromise of my Wells Fargo account's information. Wells Fargo and their associate Jamie H. and Rachel W. do not consider the customer's information are private and should be protected and do not think the customer has the right to complain. My bad experience with Jamie H. was on Jan 18, 2034. I have the letter to prove it. My bad experience with Rachel W. was on March 4, 2024. I have the letter to prove it. If Wells Fargo wants to try to stay in business, Wells Fargo MUST cancel the ECMO (the Enterprise Complaint Management Office) and replace it by descent, honest and loyal customer service.

Damaris was horrible and of no help, she doesn't understand the quantity of bills you would ask from her, she'll give you what she pleases, so double check and get what you asked for.

This is the 2nd time having an issue with my card and needing a replacement that the original teller who was helping me had to refer me to the manager Omari. Omari gave me an attitude based on my concerns with my account. She treated me like she didn’t have the time to understand my concerns but the bank had only a couple customers behind, so I felt rushed thru my experience and didn’t like her demeaning behavior through the process. I wouldn’t recommend going this wellsfargo and because this is my 2nd time having to deal with Omari, It’s making want to switch banks because this is the only Wellsfargo close to my house but there is Bank of America as well and I will be switching over if the third time is the “charm”.

Great bankers, poor management. Wells Fargo should really replace the manager here. He doesn't know how to actually manage.

Be ware of employee name Denise here! I tried to open a new account here at wellsfargo, however she was so rude and unaccommodating. She rushed us out and not explaining the details of different kind of checking account. When we asked a question she looked irritated and not wanted to answer. She informed that we had to pay $25 in cash to open an new account, which we didn't carry cash with us, we asked her politely if we could go get our cash from starter bros and come right back, she told us she would not wait for us because she was busy. My husband and I needed up opening accounting online. She should quit her job if she hate doing customer service. She seems not a good fit in service industry. So.. if you have a chance to go stop by this location stay away from lady name Denise. She will ruined your day!

Our Homeowners Association has been trying for nearly a year to close a brokerage account. Phone calls have not been returned, emails and faxes have not been acknowledged, incorrect signers (people we have never heard of) are on the account and the staff can't seem to agree on what paperwork needs to be filed. We are finally working with a staff member in North Carolina on closing this account. It's been a nightmare and we can't wait to get our money out of Wells Fargo.

The Blonde greater outside is so rude if you don't want to use the ATM. She talks bad about you to other costumers in line within ear shot. Very unprofessional.

If you need access to your money in a hurry or if an emergency arises: you will just be out of luck unless your crystal ball advised you to make an appointment a week prior. That's it for me. I am closing my Wells Fargo account. It's my money and I want it when I decide. Not when some child decides to give me an appointment. They won't respond to this review because they know it is true

I was told to go to this branch by Wells Fargo online telephone support to show some identification documentation. The only professional employee is the security guard who smiles and opens the door. After entering the branch, I could see the branch was empty of customers. I was approached by what looked like a kid in Jr High wearing his dad's suit. This boy then told me, before I said a word, that I could not be helped because he and all of the other child looking employees, (4 in total that were all doing nothing but sitting at desks by themselves), were expecting customers who had appointments. The boy further explained that I would have to make an appointment for later in the week. I sat outside in my car for 30 minutes and saw no customers enter the bank. These kids have it made. All they do is sit alone at their desks and tell account holders that they can't be helped, and they have to make an appointment for later in the week. They are holding our money and treating us like they are doing us a favor by agreeing to perform banking services at an appointment time they agree to. This is upside-down! They won't respond to this review because they know it is true and they don't have appointments for responding to reviews.

My only day off to do banking is Saturday. While there is a line , everyone from the security guard at the door to the associates in the bank are very nice and helpful. Get there early to avoid the long line.

Great job by the friendly Security Guard keeping a long line of customers orderly and safe. Superb customer service from Moro at the teller window! He was very patient with the customer before me who had a number of concerns, and very efficient when I reached the front of the line. Moro looks and acts the way I hope and expect a banker to be. His clean cut look with the white shirt and tie exudes professionalism, and he has the demeanor to match his appearance.

Worst Wells Fargo of all of them. The problem is their branch manager Assad Syed (at least thats what he claims he is). Hang up on me, doesnt listen to anything I'm saying on the phone, just wants to tell me to call someone else to get more information. This is why Wells Fargo is considered the worst of the big banks, they dont care about their clients. worst service in the area for sure

This is the only Branch in Orange County that is organized and have it together. There are 6 locations closer to me but I still prefer this branch. Other branches don't even answer phone and even forget about scheduled appointments.Whoever is managing this location is doing it right.
