I have never interacted with a branch with such attitude and did not value their customer. Were it not for my existing relationship with a bank that got roll over to this bank, I would not have consider any options with them. After trying out a business account without any verbal disclosure that there are charges for cash deposits, I was instructed by a teller from the branch manager to close my account is the only option or to deal with their fees. New customers are expected to know the in and outs without a one time forgiveness. When the branch manager endorsed the check for closure, he neither greeted me nor made any eye contact. I would strongly recommend exploring alternative banking options.

I can understand why this place has more one star reviews rather than positive ones. The people here are rude and unprofessional. No knowledge and customer service whatsoever. To make matters worse the so called manger Jose is the worst one there, he didn’t know what he was talking about and his staff has no clue either. He has an attitude problem that needs to be adjusted, he doesn’t have to say a word because eye contact and body language says it all. To make matters worse Jose doesn’t even have business cards as the manager, he was almost proud of the fact he didn’t have business cards. I found out his name because he grabbed someone else’s business card and crossed out their name and put Jose on it. I asked if he was the manager and he arrogantly said, “absolutely!” This is beyond me. If you want to be treated with kindness and respect go to another bank where they value their customers. The sad part is nothing will be done to correct this particular branch. The manager will continue to get major complaints and US Bank will lose more customers. Avoid this place!

Shekiba Azad and Jose - the manager at U.S. Bank Buena Park North (Buena Park Place location) - provide excellent customer service. I always, always receive excellent, outstanding customer service whenever Edward assists me with any and all bank transactions. I want to commend the management and staff of U.S. Bank Buena Park North to U.S. Bank corporate headquarters.

They don’t value customers’ time but just theirs. My appointment was cancelled verbally in person once I arrived the branch. No text or email communication beforehand, all I have been getting was multiple reminders about the appointment. They said they cannot assist with me because it’s Saturday and they are “busy” and understaffed when there were no other customers after me. Poor communication and customer service.

I went this afternoon and met Eddie as my representative. I would remember him by last service he has provided and incredibly he remembered me as well plus he even remembered what he has done for me from the last visit. I was impressed by his professionalism, efficiency and personal service. Good job Eddie and thanks agains.

This is by far, THE BEST Us bank I have come to my services with. All of their tellers are so nice and helpful and make me feel welcomed. Especially Edwin (Eddie) Monterrozo, always has a smile on his face and is ready to solve any problem! Miss Henika and Mr Edwin Torres are very friendly as well. Will be coming back again. 10/10 service

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. My husband and I walked into the branch at 4:30pm to add his name to my account. We spoke with Edwin Torres, Client Relationship Consultant, and another woman who presented herself as the assistant manager of the branch. We were told that they could not assist us and that we needed an appointment to process this because: 1) it would take too long and they needed to print out papers and go over it with us, 2) staff are busy and have other things they are working on (even though there were 4 staff on-site and no other customers inside the branch while we were there) and 3) they would need to make a profile for my husband and they've encountered their system crashing (why is this the customer's problem?). Mind you the branch closes at 5pm, which would give them half an hour to work on our simple request. We were also told that we NEEDED an appointment due to the pandemic, but the website clearly states they ENCOURAGE appointments (it's not required). Horrific experience and lazy employees! In the amount of time they spent telling us all the reasons why they couldn't help, they probably could've processed our transaction. Also, you'd think a "Client Relationship Consultant" would have some customer service skills! Get some tips from your credit union counterparts. Do better, US Bank!

It does not surprise me that I am not the only customer who had a negative experience with Henika Patel because she refused to allow me to cash my check there. And, the way she treated me, a long time customer, was rude, non-professional, and discriminating. What's even worse was her supervisor, Jose Isais, took Hanika's side and told me to leave after I tried to seek additional help. So I called US Bank from my car and the customer service representative said there was no reason for Hanika to not cash my check. Is this really my bank?!?! Not for long.... you shouldn't have them either.

Words can't describe the outstanding customer service I received from this branch! The manager Jose is very welcoming and knowledgeable. He has built a fantastic staff and is always looking out for what's best for the customer. His banker Henika, explained different options on how to refinance my home mortgage and save money. The process went smooth and Jennifer the mortgage representative was a complete professional. I was so happy with the service, I referred my friend to open a couple business accounts with them. Read the review of the experience I had at Bank of America. The managers are like night and day. I will be transferring all my business to US bank! Bank of America is horrible. Thank you Jose for reinstating my brief in banking.

Don't go to the teller Hanika P. She's very rude and has the ugliest attitude with first time customers. I will never open an account with US Bank just based off her customer services the service she gives is horrible and I will be filing a cooperate complaint on the way she treated me. She needs better training for the age she is you would think she had customer services skills. I don't think she wants to serve the young community without having a bad attitude about her own situation and she needs to leave her bad attitude at the door. **Beware of her**

I went to this branch for pre approval on an auto loan. Eddie Monterozzo was AMAZING. He probably would have rolled out red carpet for me if he had any, that's how great his customer service is. He's a hard worker and made sure I was satisfied with my visit. He's also the handsomest banker I've ever seen. Will definitely be back.
