Customer service is terrible. Had to call for my parents because they accidentally ordered a Queen bed frame instead of a full and wanted to exchange the same day they picked up. The guy said he couldn't because the box was open.....

It is the worse place to get furniture. Busted furniture on the setup. Being trying for months to get repaired. No response back from mgr. Walk in 3x... told they didn't keep any paperwork. So i returned with receipt. Told by mgr he will call in the manufacture 1 year warranty. Follow up with Calls or emails . No reply back. Told he's doesn't have a schedule Nad never in store when I call. Email no reply back. I am going to have to report them as they are nit honoring my one year warranty . No reply back. Just running. DO NOT BUY THERE!

Buy furniture elsewhere and avoid this business. They also go by the name "Warehouse Furniture" and aren't honest about their pricing details. They overcharged and wouldn't honor their original agreement.

I wish I would have referred to yelp before taking my dad here to spend almost 1000 dollars on come to find out a cheap Dining room table. After several attempts of reaching out to the sales rep regarding my dads issue, and also going to the warehouse, because this table was peeling I finally got in contact with the sales man. To only be told it was my dads fault and he ruined the table with using only water and dish soap to wipe down this table. Don't go here or waste ur hard earned money on such cheap quality. My wood floors are not real wood and don't even chip this place is a joke.

They now go by the name Wholesale furniture on their receipts and do not have business cards . THEY ARE A JOKE! Long story short I tried to cancel an order for an item that would take "1-2 weeks" delivery. He never provided a set date . Literally one day later I decided to cancel order . Sales Rep John refused to cancel the order , or issue a refund. Went into a long story about nothing and then in his words, "Do what you have to do" . Lol Really ?! Rather than catch an assault case over a piece of furniture I turned it over to my bank and leaving this review for anyone on the fence about this place . DON'T DO IT . Plenty of other places that value customer service.

This is the most terrible furniture store in California, the employee does not know English, they are very rude to the buyer, I bought a sofa and have been waiting for 3 months, I went to take money back, they have not even changed, I warn everyone do not go to this store if you do not want to waste money and time ....

I bought my recliner (601743) from Fine Living Furniture with the Guardian protection back in June 2018. It stopped working so I contacted Guardian. They told me that Fine Living never sent them the paperwork and were unable to help. After the store reopened because of the Coronavirus I went down to the store. They told me I needed to contact Benny. I left numerous calls for Benny to call me. After a couple weeks he came out to my house to see if he could fix it. He determined that the power button cupholder was bad. He said he would order it and would take 15 days. This was back in July. Since I started this process with Fine Living I have called the store 22 times and his personal cell 14 times, not to mentions all the text messages. I got tired of him dodging me so I drove down to the store. He said he ordered it but never got it because of the virus. He refunded me the 100.00 for the protection but it still leaves me with a nonfunctioning recliner.

We went all over town during quarantine to living spaces, Ashley furniture, and bobs discount furniture but everything was on back order for 2-3 months. We stumbled upon this place accidentally, went in, and we're so relieved. Everything that had on the floor, they had in stock. The woman helping us was so nice and gave us the best price on everything she could. We ended up getting a reclining sofa, reclining chair, a dresser, chest, and nightstand with delivery and instillation for $1500 and we got it within that week! We walked in on a Tuesday and got our furniture that Saturday. If you're looking for furniture NOW at a great price this is where you should go. I've already recommended it to two other family members and they got what they needed, too.

I WISH I COULD RATE THIS FURNITURE STORE ZERO STARS!!!! DON'T NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE!!! THE WORST!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WE BOUGHT A 5 DRAWER DRESSER AND PAID IN FULL WITH CASH. THE PERSON WHO HELPED US WAS JOHN. HE TOLD US THAT HE WOULD RECOMMEND US TO ORDERS US A BRAND NEW ONE SO THE ONE ON THE FLOOR WOULD STILL BE THERE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS TO SEE. SO WE AGREED. JOHN SAID TO PICK UP THE DRESSER ON TUESDAY BETWEEN 10-7 PM. WE WENT TUESDAY AND THEY TOLD US DELIVERY MAN WASN'T THERE WITH THE SHIPMENT TO COME BACK ON WEDNESDAY. WE CAME BACK ON WEDNESDAY AND AGAIN YUP!! AGAIN THEY TOLD US THE EXACT SAME THING. SO WE CAME BACK ON THURSDAY AND GUESS WHAT THEY TOLD US THE SAME THING!!! AT THIS POINT WE JUST WANTED OUR MONEY BACK. WE NEVER RECEIVED A COURTESY CALL TO LET US KNOW OUR FURNITURE WOULDN'T BE THERE FOR PICK UP. 3 DAYS IN A ROW WE WENT TO THIS HORRIBLE FURNITURE STORE BUT NEVER GOT OUR DRESSER. WE ASKED TO GET OUR MONEY BACK AND JOHN SAID THAT THE OWNERS WEREN'T IN AND HE COULDN'T GIVE IT TO US. WE HAD TO GO BACK THE NEXT DAY TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP!!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had from a company. When we went to buy the furniture Loan was extremely nice and told us the China and the other cabinet will be delivered after 48 hours as they will polish everything and then have them delivered. When the delivery was done nothing was polished and delivered as was in the store. When I contacted the store I received horrifying service from the gentleman who was there as it was Loan's day off. He told me exactly opposite to what Loan had told us. Now the next day when I called Loan she also tried to twist her words by saying "polish" means cleaning the dust. When I told her it took us almost 3 hours to clean the glasses and polish the entire furniture she remarked "that's impossible" meaning a customer is lying. She also said that we can just return all the furniture. This is the kind of rudeness, unprofessional and irritated behavior we, as customers, received from them. Extremely unprofessional I don't recommend purchasing from this company. Wish I could give less than one star.
