My baby’s heart medication was supposed to be ready by 6 with a confirmation text sent when ready. When we didn’t hear from the pharmacy, we decided to just go at 7:30 before they closed. It was not until then that they shared with us they did not have it in stock to fill. I’m still trying to figure how you do not notify someone that their baby’s heart medication isn’t available at your location. We had all day to figure something else out and call other pharmacies, but they knew it wasn’t there and they said nothing putting my baby in danger. I’m appalled.

I made an appointment ahead of time for a test at the Minute Clinic inside CVS. I was not told about price, so I asked to the medical assistant NICOLE LAGUNA and she was so rude to me refusing to give me information and closed the door on my face. Then I tried to complain to an Asian lady who looked like her boss and she did the same. I didn't get my test done and of course WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION

I am so impressed with this urgent care clinic I cannot say enough positive things about it. I have taken my elderly mother here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each visit she was handled with care and professionalism. We have been to this clinic for treatment of Covid, wound care, UTI, and ear wax removal. Each visit I got an appointment on the same day and she was treated. I have been so impressed with the staff and the quality of service my mom has experienced at this facility.

Had to pick up a prescription and was fulfilled with necessary items missing and incorrect contents. When I went to get those fulfilled I was asked by the main pharmacist that I might have to wait 2 hours. Therefore I switched my pharmacy to Costco, better service and knowledgeable pharmacists.

Diane an employee at CVS is very rude. She use to speak to me and she stopped. She's been eyeing my husband and she speaks to him at all times. I've never seen anyone so rude as her. She sees me in line and will not wait on me at the front register. Robert the manager is very rude as well. He has no customer service. Poor attendents

CVS stores are unbelievably super expensive. Sometimes you can find things for almost double the actual price at other stores. It's crazy!!!

This CVS is VERY unpleasant to shop at, but unfortunately it's the only one closest to my home. Seems everytime I go there, whether it's with my 9 years old son or my daughter, even with my mother! Everytime I'm there they seem to watch me like a hawk, they don't even try to hide it, they like make it so obvious that there watching you. They swear like I'm there to rob them.It's funny because I am a supervisor at another CVS. At my store we are totally the opposite with our customers. We always welcome them in and make sure they feel like part of cvs family. The workers here are beyond unwelcoming. I'm hoping that they don't treat all there customers like they treat us. Horrible experience everytime!Definitely "0" star rating if available choice!

Had a bad experience when getting my prescription filled: it’s claimed to be ready after 15 minutes but nothings was done and asked me waited for another 15 minutes. I went to near by store and came back about 30 minutes later. Still not done and also claimed you have to come back later since it’s lunch break now. I was really upset! I don’t mind if tell me it will be ready after 2 or even 4 hrs later. After my complaint, they did give me my prescription done right away but I decided I will never go there again! Next door inside Alberstons store, there is a pharmacy call Sav.on which is much faster, easier and friendlier!

Staff is extremely rude especially the old woman with stiff bangs. She will follow you around in the store and rush you out, even wait by the door for you to leave. Extremely terrible customer service!

I was finally able to schedule my youngest for her Covid vaccine and we were so blessed to have nurse Heather. I made the appointment online. Showed up 15mins before. The lady at the desk was very helpful and checked us in vs having to wait until my check in window opened. I had been practicing with my daughter's rabbit on how the vaccination administration would go these past few days and it definitely helped some. My daughter was all good until we entered the room with nurse Heather. The mini exam room gave her anxiety. Heather recommended for her to sit on my lap so she would have some comfort. She was a friendly masked face. She told my daughter what she was planning to do with cleaning before the vaccine. We ended up being a great team in distracting her so she can admin the vaccine. She prepared a cute cookie monster bandaid which took the pain away. No tears. Gentle, thoughtful and efficient. I scheduled our next follow up with her as well. I am so grateful for Nurse Heather. Thank you for your care and patient. Most of all making a difference in a not so fun task!

They have always treated me really good, especially the ladies, they are friendly and very helpfull.
