Rick Howard and his helper Jeremy were on the ball! They moved 2 pianos to 2 locations in the Bay Area in less than a couple of hours. I found that it's best to reach out to Mr. Howard by phone, rather than email. I talked to him about the move and the very next day he was able to do the work for us. I'm very pleased with their prompt work and friendly interactions. Thank you!! My son has been playing the piano on and off all day long - he's very happy and so am I!

I called Haward very short notice and later afternoon time slot I had. He showed up 15 mins early and reassemble Kimble baby grand piano very careful yet fast. It took about 15mins. On top of that only two people, wow Move to new location and put it together. Again, he was very careful and fast. (15 mins). I strongly recommend him. Great service. Thank you Haward.

Rick is a total professional. He knows what he’s doing and is efficient as well as very personable. He single handedly moved our piano & showed extreme care in doing so. I have no hesitation in giving him 5 Stars!

Rick arrived and was fully prepared to move our piano, on his own! He knew exactly what to do to navigate our steps and carefully load it. I can't say enough about his professionalism & manner. When he delivered it to our daughters he took the time to completely blow out the dust that had accumulated in it over the years. Highly recommend him!!

Rick saved my moving! Another piano moving company cancelled at the last moment, and Rick was able to help me at an extremely short notice - less than 12 hours. He is a professional piano mover and a very personable guy. Highly recommended!

Reached out to Rick Howard last week, we kept missing each other's phone calls. No big deal, called him Saturday (yesterday) afternoon, he was in Petaluma finishing up a job. I told him I needed someone to move my baby baby grand from one room to another due to upcoming renovation. He asked if today (Saturday afternoon) was convenient - I said YES! He said, he'll be there in 1.5hrs. He rocked up by himself, huge truck, tools, was masked and got straight to work. Less than 30min later he was done. Piano was pulled apart, moved and restored in another room. It was like magic! Definitely a worthy service to have Rick Howard move your piano - and definitely grateful to the Google search & Yelp community for the 5 star recommendation!

Rick was 100% wonderful, moved a piano from my friend's house in Happy Valley near Santa Cruz to my place in San Jose. He was prompt, excellent communication, and phenomenal attention to detail on both ends. He noticed that the music stand had been previously attached backwards and took it apart and reattached it to the piano facing the right way so I could use it properly. Friendly, kind, and highly skillful, smooth, gentle job. very grateful, and we'll definitely use him again. Thank you!

WOW - What an awesome job Rick Maurice Howard and Lonnie did this week, moving my granddaughter's Spinet piano across the bay to her home! Timely, friendly, competent.. Rick had several dollies, blankets, straps.. clearly experienced in moving pianos!! And very communicative.. he called back within 2-days to schedule the job, called when he was 15-min out from arriving to load it and then called again on his way to deliver. And very fairly priced.. $350! I can't thank you enough, Rick.. We are so appreciative of you and your outstanding piano moving service! And thank you to the other reviewers, I hired Rick based on all his awesome review!!!

It went great. They were able to schedule next day service (and I wanted it done as soon as possible). They were polite and professional. The rate quoted was competitive with other services. They called 45 minutes before pick up. The pick up and delivery was perfect (and on time), the piano was well treated (it is a family heirloom) while in their care. Great job!

Mr Howard did a fantastic job moving our new upright piano and also helping us move a large aquarium that we had emptied and prepped for moving, from the bay area to the Sacramento area. He did this for us on short notice, and placed everything perfectly in our new home. We couldn't have been happier.
