They have very little choices for a 59 year old who doesn't want to dress like a great-grandma or wear crop tops, fake stretch jeans or polyester. Small shoe section. Clothes for not so old, older women is basically at best not good.

Arrived here with my spouse to get some sandals and just look around the store to see if there were any items we may like. As I was getting ready to head to the front to check out I noticed a short on the bigger side black curly hair guy follow us staring at us as as if we were going to steal I asked my spouse if he had been staring at us the whole time? To which my spouse response that yes he indeed had been following us around the store the whole time as if we were plotting to do something. When I was aware that he was indeed watching us and not trying to even be discreet about it I left the cart and left the store. Worst Ross I have ever been too.

My recent trip to Ross was quite satisfactory. I managed to locate all the essentials I required for reorganizing my living space without any hassle. The store's assortment of products catered perfectly to my needs, offering a variety of practical yet stylish solutions at affordable prices. Although the cashier's lack of response to my greeting was noted, it didn't impact my overall experience. My primary focus was on securing the items I needed at a bargain, and Ross delivered on that front. It was a straightforward and efficient shopping trip, precisely what I was looking for.

Found everything that I was looking for upon check out. They look at you like you are going to steal I went to self check out I was maybe over two items at most because they said that self check has only eight items or less and they told me that I was still able to check out which I did and they said it was fine and then, as I was checking out to hand my receipt to the woman she goes this checkout line is only for eight items only you cannot be in this line if you are more than eight items and I'll like oh great to know thank you and she walks off and talks her microphone, it's talking to people saying yeah, she had way more than 8 items . I don't know why she's in this line for, she was a Cambodian woman with maybe brown blonde hair very rude.

Bought a number of things from Ross today which included 3 camisoles, one white and two black. When I got home, there was no receipt and one of the black and white camisoles was missing. I called the store and was told that they did not sell undershirts/camisoles right now......funny that when I went back there were more hanging on the rack. Ross either returned the camis I purchased/PAID for into stock or the clerk didn't bother checking. Either is unacceptable from a reputable business!

While not much for clothes and shoes, the Christmas selection at ROSS on Sand Creek surprised me! Decorations, gifts and household items galore. A lot of one of a kind pieces so you need to shop early. I found this beautiful Santa and some lovely, well made mirror jewelry boxes. The lines can be extremely long but there are self check outs if you're paying with credit cards. I'll be checking back again soon.
