Oh my goodness..the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE . very kind , professional, very knowledgeable.. everyone was good but the manager Tiffany was above and beyond. I will always go there for now on!!!

They scamed me, Mac has free makeup trial in all locations. After i did the trial in this location they asked me to either buy 3 products or to pay tip. The lady told me the manager requires tip if you are not buying now.I contacted mac customer service and they confirmed that it has to be free with no requirement.Don't go to this location

Leah did an amazing job on my makeup but the customer service by her staff was horrible. It was my first time there and it was ? crazy but Leah did her thing. I would recommend booking with Leah to ensure you have a good experience getting your face beat !

Went to the Mac store today instead of Ultra in the streets if Brentwood. The gal that helped me if you want to call this help ?? She was so rude and the other girl that was there went in the back room Never came out. So I knew what I wanted and she tried to sell me something else. I said no thank you. Then she proceeded to try to makeup on me when my makeup was already done. I don't like a lot of makeup Just a little to smooth things out. Well I guess she didn't like that and was even ruder to me !!! Then totally IGNORED and I was trying to find a certain lip. The girl that went in the back never came out the whole time I was in the store. Then other customers started coming in the store and this gal was so nice to them and just chatted it up with them and still ignored me. So i walkout not a goodbye or thank you or have a nice day. Well her manners are horrible and her customers service is not even worth 1 star obviously she's not happy with her own appearance and no self esteem or just a jealous woman!!! So I will NEVER go to this MAC store again!!!! I can get my products at Ultra. I will tell my friends, family , everyone I know not to shop at this location. Those two women should actually be fired by the way I was treated. Sorry I don't like my makeup CAKED on !!

Made an appointment to get my makeup done by Tiffany, my appointment was set for 4pm. Three weeks later I show up for my appointment 15 minutes early and checked in with one of the girls, she said Tiffany was on break.4 pm came around and no one acknowledged my presence, waited 10 more minutes and no sign of Tiffany or anyone else trying to help.This store needs more employees, and the ones that are their need customer service training. Super disappointed.Will not be supporting this store anymore. Oh yeah one more thing- I overheard one of the employees telling the customer they are no longer taking recycled, empty cases for credit.

When it comes to a Quality Face Beat, look no further than Mac @ Brentwood, SandCreek. A lover of my favorites, "Ruby Woo" & "Ruby True"... Staff stops at nothing to make sure I leave happy, and more beautiful than I was when I walked inThus far, I've had face beats by Shiena, Tiffany, and Diana! Ask for either of these ladies. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Not only do they provide quality services, their energy & positivity is amazing! first and for most the review is 3 weeks late due to a very busy work schedule. I walked in to get lashes done for a family photo session and ended up getting my whole face done. Lea helped me. Lea was super sweet, helpful, and took time to get to know what colors I liked, what colors everyone would be wearing to match our outfits, but also to bring out my eye color. I ended up coming out looking and feeling gorgeous! Lea also helped me pick up some make up to buy abs gave me some samples. if you're looking for someone to do an Amazing make up for please Ask for LEA she is AMAZING!! I will be coming back soon!! thank you again Lea.

Since changes made, I've not been a fan. I'll be shopping online instead of the store moving forward. The employee was rude and had ZERO manners. MAC cosmetics, I've been a loyal customer for 23 years, but you're starting to slip through your hires and product changes. Since changing the eye liner product change, I've been less interested; especially since the employee was rude about me having a bad day and making me feel bad about my overall mood and how I felt about the product change.

First time at MAC, but a friend said I must go get my makeup done for a speaking gig I got to do. Place was clean. Things are pricey, but it's MAC.Robert did my makeup and listened to my needs and concerns about what I needed done. He was professional, helpful, and helped me relax before my talk that went well! I love this location. Everyone is so sweet, professional and helpful. They always have the products I need and it is never to busy, I can usually walk-in get my stuff and leave pretty fast. I will be back. ;)

I called ahead of time to see if they did event makeup. I made it clear it was for today the Person I spoke to said to walk in and they could help me but would need to step away to help other guests. I was fine with that and showed up within 30 minutes of calling, I was then told by this same individual that I could not be helped as they were the only person there. As I was walking out the door she was making fun of me to the customer in the store. Poor service and communication!
