I came into this store location yesterday and I was honestly disgusted with the lack of help or attention you get from the girls that work here. I was barely greeted and while trying on tons of clothes, not one person checked to see if I was doing okay or if I needed anything else. Might I add that it was not busy at all! No excuse to not check on people or at least be kind. You definitely have your independence in this store to hang out forever without anyone checking on you! I felt like all of the staff was so blah and just not nice at all. When the staff isn’t welcoming, it kind of ruins the whole shopping experience. Luckily I had to also shop at Ulta (which was actually busy) and they were absolutely amazing! I will avoid this location as much as possible.

Worst customer service ever. I had a cast on my hand and no one bothered to help me with my clothes. I had to ask for help. No one checked to see if I needed other sizes when trying things on. I left. I didn’t buy a thing. Not even things I liked.

A bit crowded because of the 40% off everything

I walked in to look around for a bit. No one said hello or even made eye contact. I literally thought, "I feel like a ghost." Eventually, one employee saved the day and asked if I needed assistance. I asked another employee for a dressing room and there was no verbal response - she just walked off to unlock a door. Ladies working there...you seemed so unhappy! And do you know it's actually quite rude to not acknowledge people verbally when they talk to you? I wouldn't be surprised if they have internal drama going on with each other because their energy as a team was "off". This was very obviously a store culture of negativity. Even the cashier rang me up and seemed sullen and annoyed. Lol! What is going on in this store? I haven't gone to an Express in over a year and after this, never going back.
