Window came in 2 weeks early and the install by Francisco was excellent. The trim was perfect and he left the job spotless. The quality of Simonton windows were excellent. The prices were excellent to top it off.
Ryan and East County Glass are great examples of our local businesses doing stellar work.

These guys work miracles. Clean, fast, conscientious and good. We have used them for multiple projects - all on old buildings. We thought we were in for some really bad news, but Ryan just looked at it and said ok . Caesar took some special measurements and boom - got it done. Wow.

I was so happy with my new windows. The two technicians who arrived to install them were great! They were done in a couple of hours and cleaned up every bit of mess they made (which was minimal, really). The caulking for my new windows looks wonderful. I would definitely use them again.

East County's prices are through the roof for glass replacement. I compared with other providers in the county, without a doubt they are among the very highest priced. I called for a small glass replacement, and had to call back multiple times to get a price. They just ignored repeated polite requests, finally just seemed to come up with a number that was double other suppliers like All American Glass in Danville. That's a long way to travel if you live in East County, but if the difference is hundreds of dollars, it might be worth it. Responding to Austin's public reply: Called in a simple, small IG replacement, + -10 ft.² : 25 1/2" X 58 7/8" X 3/4" overall Solar Bronze Tempered over (SunCoat) Low-e Took more than one call to get a price estimate on the phone. You guys shockingly came in $1300-$1400 with a simple install off the sidewalk. All American came in at less than half that and did a great job. I was shocked because I have always gotten competitive prices from East County construction vendors. But not you.

Had a great experience. First, had them replace the composite in the window frame with bronze tempered glass. When choosing the glass, someone dropped off samples to we could see how they looked with the existing finishes. Chose the bronze for the filtering out of sunlight and heat. Then they came back out, cut the opening in the wall of our shed for the concession window, framed it in, installed it, and sealed it so everything is watertight. Window operates nicely and very happy with the service people who came and the job that was done. Also, the price was right!

Ryan and his staff from West County Glass were excellent. I live in Southern CA and needed a patio door at my mom's house in Pittsburg replaced but Ryan was able to coordinate everything for me over the phone and email. He quickly setup his crew to come over the following day to measure the patio window and quickly sent me over the estimates including a few options I could choose from. I was able to make the deposit and final payments online and on the day of installation, his crew was professional and cleaned everything up when they were done. The new patio window looks great and my mom was very happy with the work. I highly recommend East County Glass if you need new windows.
