Unfortunately there's no zero stars. Used to go to a different Walmart Pharmacy but transferred here is closer. The staff here is very lazy and not at all polite. Line is always huge. Save yourself the time and grief go to any other Walmart Pharmacy except this one

So being a pharmacist, I know a little bit about the prescription process. I'm also extra careful as to not waste the pharmacy staff time by double checking with my prescription benefits before going in. For some reason the techs here like to argue with you and act like you don't know anything. I was trying to get a 90 day supply of a particular prescription. I double checked with benefits before going in. The tech is arguing with me and I'm thinking, just run it through, if you run into issues processing it, a drug utilization reject or whatever, just let me know and I'll handle it on my end. But no, I get this refusal to even do this and told it wouldn't pass muster in an audit. What?! Had a talk with the pharmacist who is actually great and had it cleared up instantly. It makes me think how many people are not maximizing their rx benefits at this pharmacy because of getting shot down by this tech. Another time, I want to quickly get in and out for a refill and the tech says you need to talk to the pharmacist. I tell her, no that's ok, I don't need a consultation, this is a refill and I don't have any questions. She firmly tells me I need to see the pharmacist for this prescription! For a non-controlled prescription? No, opt out? Why? What for? I relent and the pharmacist apologetically comes over and performs a final quantity check on the prescription. Oh, it's a high dollar item, that's why the pharmacist needs to perform a final check. Ok, fine, just explain it to me because if not, I think you're just wasting my time. There are other better options I would recommend, like the CVS on Yorba Linda and Rose.

Pharmacist will lie about the reason for your prescription delay. "Prescription expired with no refills!" App says two refills left, bottle says refill until 5/20. That's two months from now. So in what is honestly the most unprofessionally dangerous thing I've ever dealt with, the pharmacist deleted all records of my prescription! Wow, that sure showed me for calling you out on your b********

Walmart pharmacy has the most ridiculous hours on Saturday! They close at 7pm. Come on! I get Sunday but seriously? Saturday? My prescriptions as held hostage until the next day! They just lost a customer. I will be moving my prescription needs to CVS where they actually care about servicing such an important department. As usual, Walmart sucks.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is so unorganized and the team members are very unprofessional, laughing when you are frustrated because of their carelessness and slow customer service. NOTE: I have refilled my medication multiple times at this location and ALL OF A SUDDEN they decide to give me such a difficult time. My doctor, medication, and dose information for my prescription has been the same for many years. I dropped my prescription off at 9am this morning so it would be ready by lunch time to pick up since Walmart is across the street from my work. However, lunch time came and it still wasn't ready. Something about extra verification was needed. I was annoyed but I didn't complain and told the associate that I would come back during my break in a few hours ....only to return on break to get the same exact excuse. Never did they once attempt to call me and let me know there was an issue. Once again, I told them I would come back after work.... only to be told that my prescription had an misprint by the doctor... so they would have to verify the prescription. Keep in mind, it is now 5:10pm in the evening. Now the doctor office is closed and they would have to wait till tomorrow to get verification from the doctor. NEVER did they once even try to call me and let me know there was STILL an issue after I had just told them during lunch, if there is an issue to please reach out to me so I don't waste my time. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. The communication between staff and their horrendous organization skills makes me only wonder if they also provide patients with the wrong medication due to their poor service. NEVER AGAIN.

Just switch here because it was like 170$ cheaper for 3 month of my bp meds and I will not change now man Chris is great behind that counter. He is very helpful and I thank him very much. I've been back many times and most have been with him and the others have been great also with the other workers!

A warm and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. They are very prompt in contacting our physicians for authorizations.
