Wow! Stepped into the Vans store at the mall last Friday and was absolutely blown away by the sublime ambiance and top-notch service. The space wasn't jam-packed, allowing for a relaxed shopping vibe. And can we talk about Nolan? A true gem in customer service. Kudos to the entire team for making my day splendid! Will definitely be back."

Stopped in yesterday evening and I was browsing trying on a jacket. but, found a pair of AWESOME teal chino shorts for $50. Alex who has helped us before She told me they have a fitting room which I never knew that before. I've been shopping there for several years and no one has ever informed me about that. Love Alex's customer service and her kindness!!!Thank you so much!!! ????♥️

Online ordering sucks ass. Doesn't matter if you walk in to place the order or online. Storefronts throw up their hands and pass you to vans website. Which pretty much sux bootyhole. My response to their email Ordering from Vans was a horrible experience. Also, if you (vans) will be having a Vans decided to cancel my original order after FedEx called to confirm shipping address. Vans neglected to contact me the buyer to inform THEY asked FedEx to ship the shoes back. ANNNNND, vans was not planning on returning the fund till I called and made a stink. Instead Vans had me place another order and would credit me... eventually. Think it's been two weeks and still nothing. Best part. Vans are quick to take your funds but slow to replace especially when it's their error. At the end of the day....Never gonna place another online gift order with you shmukatellies. You all drained the life outta me. And the order was a birthday gift. Not sure who Frank F is on your side. But he needs to be checked.

So, apparently having a gift receipt and being the original purchaser of vans tennis shoes, does not allow you to return the item to get your money back. This is ridiculous! Every other store will allow you to return items just based on your credit card. Van says they have no technology to be able to look up your purchases from your credit card. This is insane! So if I don't have my original paper receipt, who saves those? You cannot return any items. This is crazy for this day and age. They need to get with the times!

We came to the Brea location on November 27th to do some shopping. I wanted to be there as soon as they opened. We were welcomed by all the associates who were ready to help. A HUGE THANK YOU to Sophia, Cassie and another girl whose name (maybe Lily) I forgot, sorry. All three girls were Amazing helping not only us with shoe sizes but a bunch of other people. Within 20 minutes being there, it was already super busy. They always had a smile on their face and didn't complain if we kept asking for different shoe sizes or styles. This is my favorite Vans location. Thank you all for what you do, we appreciate you.

I would like to extend my appreciation for the service provided by the staff at Vans, Brea Mall. They are welcoming, kind, and down-to-earth. Whether you are a customer, or a potential employee there in the future, be prepared to encounter a wonderful store. My experience there was great, and I cannot single anyone out because the staff provides great customer service overall. The workers here will assist you even before you have a question. I really liked this Vans store! The staff was very nice and helpful. They immediately came up to my group and explained all their deals and prices. The staff was constantly readily available and I really liked that. The store was a little cramped and Vans are on the more pricey side as always, but it's a very nice store! I would recommend it for everyone to check out.

Great Vans location. Like most Vans stores, this store has the perfect amount of staff that are all ready to help you and tell you about the deals. I never have a problem finding staff to help me with anything in a Vans store, and that applies to this location as well. I will admit Vans pricing is definitely not cheap, but I personally love their products and love being in their store. Great job, Vans!

Kara was so helpful! She helped my stressful shopping trip so much better! I went in looking for a specific shoe, but they did not have it, kara was so helpful and provided me many different options, I ended up liking two pairs she picked for me and I ended up buying both !!! Such a great store! I rushed in there 5 minutes before closing to grab a jacket. I didn't feel rushed and the employee complemented the choice of jacket I chose. Super nice environment and great employees definitely shopping at this location more often.
