Poor service and rude. Filed a complaint with corporate and the Brea Mall. I was told their has been complaints in regards to that same store.

Friendly service. Came here over the weekend to inquire and purchase a new device. Daniel was very patient and knowledgeable. We had a good experience here. Would come back again.

I was happy to find the iPhone 12 here as every store I called was sold-out. All the employees greeted me as I walked in to the store which made me feel welcomed. The transaction was smooth and they did not pressure me to buy a lot of stuff like most t-mobiles do. My only complaint was the manager Marvin, he smelled like alcohol and stared at the customers with a creepy stare.

Marvin the store manager holds this place down, he helped me and my mother with a issue security. We have been with ATT for 20 years and are about to switch to T Mobil due to the great customer service. Thank you so much Marvin for the excellent service. 5/5

Racist customer service here. You need to speak spanish in order to get any good support. All the spanish speaking customers were receiving phenomenal service but as a non native spanish speaking customer, they were too busy gossiping to each other for 10 minutes before acknowledging I needed their help. The store was well under the 21 person capacity. This customer service is exceptional in one aspect: treating customers as unwanted guests.

I needed a new glass protector on my iphone, Gabriel( store manager) assisted me. He was exceptionally polite and personable! I was in and out fast. I also noticed the detailed protocol of COVID-19 sanitation being taken!! The number of customers in store was kept minimal, good system of checking people in ( using a tablet), work areas were wiped down after each customer! Great job Gabriel and Tmobile associates! Thank you

Ever since Sprint is now with T-Mobile.....I've noticed that T-mobile associates are really rude. They're not really helpful, give basic answers and don't look like they enjoy their job. Went to this location today and this was the cherry on the top for all T-Mobile locations.

Update. I got the newest iPhone online for free with the turn in of my current phone exactly as I had tried explaining. Nonetheless, this is frustrating that I have this kind of experience.

I'm very mixed on this Yelp because usually the manager can solve the issue , but in this case the associate save the day Let me start with Mr Able Coampos the "manager " My wife and I came in on a Saturday afternoon, I had recently purchased an iPhone which my wife hated . Unfortunately I was out of town on business so the 2 week return was only for 2 week period in which my wife tried to return , but since she wasn't on the account she couldn't. Ninamarie was the.best help !!! See needs to be promoted the way she handled the situation calm and collective and got the answers I needed, see checked with customer service and confirmed that Chyanne did tell us to come in and exchange the phone . After going back and forth she was able to get my wife a phone she wanted . Ninamarie needs to be recognized for her fantastic skills !! I would like to talk to someone regarding Able Coampos he clearly does not fit management position !!!

This location has two individuals who go beyond their duties [Gabriel and Josh]. There's been many times that I walk into that location due to issues regarding my phone... these two gentlemen take the time to listen to my concerns and find solutions to the problem they are very professional and they ensure that all my concerns are addressed. If and when you're at this location know that these two gentlemen names stated above will do everything and anything in their power to ensure that you leave a happy customer they show great leadership, customer service, and great understanding towards the customer. Thank you Gabriel and Josh!! Corporate really needs to go in and take these two gentleman and place them 2 train others within the T-Mobile company because they are an asset!!!!!

Valerie at this location is hands-down the most friendly, helpful and caring employees of any mobile service stores I've ever been to. She makes the one hour or so usually draining experience of transfers and cancellations of numbers less of a drag because you can tell she truly has your interests in mind. With her patient and pleasant personality, she goes the extra mile to call customer service on your behalf and makes sure you get what you want before you goes out of the store.

Do me a favor TMobile Brea Mall location, Please hire people with good customer service and someone who cares about your company. We had TMobile for 15 years and switched in 2017 because they didn't value me as a long time customer. I saw their promotion on TV and tried my luck to see what they can offer since I have 5 lines on my account. Apparently, their sales person "KIM" didn't want to make a sale as she wasn't convincing us to switch and talked to us with a sarcastic voice. She even interrupted husband while he was talking. TMobile, send your staff to a good customer service and good sales training.

This place rocks. Have had nothing but great Experiences at the store. It is very well-managed and has great sales staff. I should've never went to the one on State College and Lincoln. I will always do my business with the store. Just went there again, Wanda and Kim took care of us. Even though they did not have the phones we wanted, they did call a couple stores and sent us the one that did, and had them hold it for us. I will always consider this T-Mobile in order to get phones or upgrade my service.
