I called last minute for an alignment & was told if i made it there quickly i would be seen. When i first arrived i was told unfortunately they wouldn't have the time to see me because they had a lack of employees but decided to help me out! I really appreciate it, it helped me out a lot to be seen that day!

Called and made an appt the day before for an appt to get my headlight changed. Told I could get in and out within an hour. Show up for my appt and was told that they are backed up and appt will not be honored. That I would have to wait several hours to have my car seen. Only wanted a headlight changed. Will never come here again. Very rude.

Updating my review: I reached out to the manager Frank Kim and let him know what the issue was with David and my vehicle. He was very nice and apologized for David's behavior. Anyhow I came in on a Saturday and Frank fix the issue. Frank's handling of the situation was definitely great and I would come back, knowing he gives great customer service.

Got three quotes for tires and Firestone came in the cheapest. Frank took care of me and got me in and out under 2 hours. 4 quality tires for under 700 is a steal.

Made an appointment 10 days prior. Showed up at the appointment time. The guy told me to come back tomorrow morning because the technician has gone home. Asked for his name so that I can file a complaint. Told me he had other customers. I am not even angry, just sad. People have no pride in their work. Everyone is looking for handout from the government.I contacted Firestone corporation to file a complaint. They asked for my contact information, gave me a case number (Reference 2558625) and told me that someone will contact me to resolve the issue. Nothing happens. Firestone corporation has no quality control. It just collects fees from their franchisees and don't do anything to improve their businesses. One of the reasons that I was blew off may be becasue the appointment system, which is maintained by Firestone corporation, is flawed. They have no intention to understand what the problem is, let alone come up with any solutions.The Firestone Customer service contacted me trying to resolve the issue. I requested a free alignment to compensate for my time and mileage for the missed appointment. The store manager, Frank, contacted me, and provide me with the service. The issue is thus resolved.

I believe, since the last time I was here, they have changed management. I am not too sure but Frank (who is the manager) checked me in on a busy Saturday and went over what I was there for. I made an appointment and I highly you do too. Either call or make one online. Both options are super easy to do and will save you a lot of headache rather than doing a walk in. I was there for a tire rotation and alignment. He got me in and gave me an estimated time of 4 hours. He told me the price and even gave me a coupon to make it cheaper! I really appreciate that. I went home and got a call about 4 hours later. He remembered who I was when I walked in and was prepared to get me in and out. He then said he found another way to save me an extra $10 or so. I really never had companies offer to save you money. I always would have a coupon or something ready to show them so this was amazing customer service to me. Car was great and I could tell the alignment was did correctly as I drove home. However on Monday my tire pressure light came on and I drove over to the shop at around an hour before closing, prepared to make an appointment there if they were too busy. Frank was there again and he told me to pull up and somebody will check my pressures. They did and filled it up and light was gone. It's been almost a month and the light never came on again. Everything still seems fine! I am very happy. Thank you to Frank and the team!

We got a flat came to this place hoping they could help us in anyway they said they ddnt have time and we asked if we could just use their jack at least and they said nope!!!! everyone was super rude how sad that these ppl Choose to work with the public and treat them lke this!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment through the online app for 9:00 AM this morning. Received the appointment confirmation from Firestone. I arrived at 8:50 AM and the guy behind the counter said there were six cars in front of me and he had only one mechanic. I reminded him I had a confirmed 9:00 AM appointment but he said there were six cars in front of me and I could wait if I did not mind staying a long time. I reminded him my appointment was a wait on site appointment and cannot spend the day there and left. I understand a business who has personnel issues due to COVID but a quick phone call or e-mail advising the customer of the issue is in order. It's just courtesy. I won't be back.

Hey Dave, let's go over our little phone call right now. First off, you claiming you don't give quotes for a basic brake pad swap for a new car is a flat out lie considering you guys did it for me 2-3 weeks ago. Next, when a customer says they might go with someone else who can give them a quote without coming in for a "brake inspection" I wouldn't immediately say "thanks" and hang up on them. Especially I wouldn't do that and then get shocked when they angrily call back to confront you about it. The fact you actually said "is that the language you're going to to use" when confronted with your insanely rude action was an interesting surprise, but hey you probably aren't used to people not tolerating it. So, I look forward to calling back and talking to the manager you refused to transfer me to.

Always get good service and great help at this location. Technicians are fast and professional, the service desk is super helpful and really are running a tight ship here. Store is clean and as far as I can see they are always super busy but very accommodating.

Not sure if the'yre under new management but I cancelled my appointment due to terrible service. Tall Asian man talks with a "don't care" attitude, and tries to upsell tires. Looked online, Primewell tires are available. Came to the store to get them, noticed they changed it to Bridgestone tires. Asked the guy if I can get the Primewells instead since they're cheaper and what I can afford, he refuses to sell them to me saying they are terrible and won't sell them. Well, I got my Primewells from this exact branch before and they lasted me 4 years until the threads are minimal.

Told me I need a new tire, that my tire could NOT be fixed, got a second opinion... totally could be fixed...
